Jihoon - Study [Pt. 3]

"I told you not to get hung up over an already popular guy, this stuff will happen to you." Josh patted my back as I blew my nose, "Ew okay try to be less disgusting while blowing your nose. It'll make it easier for me to comfort you." I laughed slightly before remembering the kind of situation I was in.

"I don't care if I look nice while blowing my nose or not Josh, I'm too busy rethinking my life decisions." I threw the tissue in the already full trash can and grabbed another one. "I just can't believe that during that whole time Jihoon didn't speak up. I'm beginning to think he just really wanted my help to study so he just pretended to like me and call me cute. That present was also something to bribe me." Josh stopped patting my back and looked at me weirdly. 

"Present?" I nodded and gestured to my school bag as I wiped my tears away. While he went towards my bag and opened the present I kept on complaining. 

"I also can't believe that Bora said that. You remember her right? She was so nice but I can't believe she turned her back on me like that just from hearing something come out of Jihoon's mouth." Josh scoffed and turned towards me with the present. 

"I don't think a guy would bribe you with chocolates or even perfect math notes that explains every little thing that you've been needing help with. The fact that he even remembered what you needed help with proves that he wasn't trying to bribe you or anything." He threw the math notes at me along with the chocolates. "Now eat that and feel better, you look like you just watched your favorite drama that you never fail to cry at. I'm gonna call you sick for school today."

After that incident I returned to school and it seemed as if everything was the same. I mean no one talked to me but I never really talked to anyone else either. Jihoon wasn't at school and Bora never failed to give me these side glances in class or when she walked past me. 

Days were passing with a breeze and I soon found it easy to be alone, I usually was alone but without Bora there it was a little lonely. I went to school and then after that go to the library. 

I have to admit that I didn't like studying myself in the library, I couldn't find myself focusing at what was happening at all. I even studied Jihoon's notes over and over again but in the end I still ended up getting a less then perfect score in the final. 

Math just didn't make sense unless someone was verbally teaching me which the teacher never does. After that I could go home, have Josh help me with english and then sleep. It was a normal routine that I was getting used to after Jihoon left school for Produce 101 again.

After a couple of weeks I walked into school and saw that people were taking occasional glances at me. When I made eye contact with them they just smiled and waves slightly at me which was weird. Me being the awkward person I am didn't wave back but instead walked faster to reach class.  

I kept on meeting the glances of people and having awkward interactions so to block them all out I put my headphone on and walked fast. Once I arrived at class though I saw a bunch of tiny post it notes on my desk along with another box and letter. I sighed and walked towards my desk, I glanced as Bora but she had an undesirable expression on her face. 

I gasped once I saw all the notes on my desk and pulled my headphones out of my ears. 

"Sorry for having those bad rumors spread around about you! I hope you can forgive us!" 

"I feel bad for ignoring you and thinking that you were doing some shady stuff." 

"Bora is a backstabber huh?"
