"Okay I changed my mind." Sabi ko Sa president and he just smiled at me.

"That's good Bea! Im expecting you to take care of Darren! Josh couldn't handle him anyways. Mas lalo pang lumala." He said

We just had a few chat and then after that, I went straight into Darren's room. I'm kinda nervous because I don't want to just show up in his room and say 'Oh hey im back!' I just.. I don't know what to say.

When I got inside his room, he's just playing with his phone. He didn't noticed me because he's so focused whatever he's doing.

"Argh!! Sht!! Snorlax is right frekin there!! I missed!! I don't have any pokeballs!!" He shouted

"Do you want me to get you some?" I said and he quickly looked up.

"Why are you here?" He said

"I'm back?" I said and i saw he smirked.

"Well then, go get me some pokeballs before snorlax leaves. Im not allowed to go out. There's a few pokestops here in the hospital." He said and tossed his phone at me.

Muntik ko nang hindi masalo pero buti nasalo naman nung isang kamay ko. Nag smile lang ako sa kanya and he just gave me a hand gesture saying he wanted me to go. This kid..

So, there's a three pokestops here in hospital and im glad it's close to me. After I collected stuff, I quickly went back to his room.

While im on my to his room, The phone vibrated and at first I thought there's a Pokemon nearby but it's just a text.

Its from a name called "IGNORE THIS"

"Darren. Talk to me. Where are you? Don't just leave me. You made me do it. It's your fault. You're being a proper dick to me. I'm sorry. I won't do it again." It says

"Oh? So nag lalaro ka din?" Bigla akong nagulat nung may nagsalita sa likod ko. It's Josh.

"Uh yeah but this account is Darren's. I was just getting him a few Pokeballs and stuff." Sabi ko.

"Well you better catch him a slowpoke. There's one nearby." He said and we say goodbyes to each kasi pupunta pa daw sya sa pokestop.

When i got his room, Darren quickly stood up and get his phone from me.

"Why did you took so long?" He said

"Oh I caught you a slowpoke." I said

"A slow-fukin-poke?!" He said shocked.

"Uh yeah? Because of me you can be a Pokemon master!" I said and he just smiled

"Well slowpoke is not that strong as snorlax but it's rare so good job." He said.

So after that, we just had a few test on him. Blood test kinda stuff.

After that, me and Darren are doing good. I think he's doing okay. And i guess we're both friends now. I think.

It's been a few days now since I got back from being his doctor again. And then one day,

"Did you read the text message I got a few days ago?" He said and kinabahan agad ako. His voice changed into cold one. His voice is always cold tho. But this one is different.

"Uh.. Yeah.. Sorry i didn't mean to. I was just--" He cut me off

"Nah it's fine. I don't really care. It's just my stupid Ex Girlfriend." He said

"R-really?" I said.

"Yup. Since you saw the text, im gonna tell you what happened then." He said

Something weird? Is he being nice to me?

"So about a year ago, when we started dating. Everything's going good. We're happy. Nothing really serious fight happen between us. Just some misunderstandings. We solved every problem. Then we're good. Not until I.. I saw her cheating on me." He stopped

"Darren. It's okay you don't have to tell me everything if you don't want to." I said and he just chuckled.

"Just shut up. Okay so I saw her cheating on me. I didn't confront her on the first place because, first. I don't want to loose her. But after that day, it's not the same. I feel like the girl I knew a year ago was gone. She changed. She continued cheating on me.I don't know why but i just cant break up with her. I started drinking and smoking. And I guess I got a lung cancer from that." He said

I was speechless. What do I say? Im not really good at this. And im not expecting him to open something up really personal for me.

"Im so sorry to hear that." I said and he just smiled at me.

"Well now im determined to kill this cancer. Not because of her. I moved on. And I actually like someone else." He said and smiled.

Oh so that's why? He's been so hyped and happy these past few days. Ganto ba sya pag inlove?

"Wow. Well good for you! Who is it? Kath?" I said accidentally and now I remembered Josh and Kath. Sila na kaya?

"Um no. I don't even know who are you talking about." He said and laughed.

"Dr." He said

"Yeah?"

"I think I like you."
