"Welcome to New York, the temperature is a nice 75 degrees Fahrenheit, and only a few clouds. Hope you enjoy your stay in the big apple." The intercom went on as I was shaken awake by the deep voice.

"Kenna, look!" Emma pointed, "We're in New York!"

New York. The different sights of the city excited me, as did other tourists. I have never been here before, and I was so ready to jump off the plane right there and march to the Statue of Liberty. But another thing suppressed that urge of mine. It's been 8 months since I last saw Niall in person, and I was missing him dearly. Apparently I zoned out cause I felt a bit of pain in my arm from Emma poking it constantly for 5 minutes.

"Kenna come on!" She said, "Look there's Niall!"

"WHERE?" I yelled looking around. She laughed as I grumbled after realizing he wasn't here.

"You'll see him soon enough, lovebird." Emma told me as we got off the plane.

"FOOD!!!" I said running towards the food court.

She chased after me, stopping me before Burger King, "No, we need to get our bags." I groaned, following her to the baggage claim. I turned on my phone, seeing what the time was. 10:04 am. I didn't know what time we were meeting up with the boys, so I was hoping to get a text or something. But no.

We got to the baggage claim, and waited around the cluttered space. I had to make sure to keep her bright shirt in my sight.

"Damn, it's crowded in here." I said as we stood by a random post.

"Do you have to swear?" Emma stated, as the bags started to move.

I shrugged, sitting on the ground, "You know that I can't help it sometimes."

"Obviously." That made me laugh. We watched the bags go around and around. Emma had already picked up her black suitcase, while my purple one was nowhere in sight.

"Urgh, where the hell is it?" I said, standing again as we were the few people left waiting.

She shrugged, "Maybe they lost it?"

"Dear god, I hope not," I sighed, scanning the baggage claim.

"Wait, is Niall holding your bag?" Emma said, looking towards the door.

"I'm not falling for that again," I groaned, looking down, "Plus, wouldn't there be a million screaming girls?"

"Nope, I took care of that." An Irish accent said behind me.

"Emma, you better not be joking with me right now." I looked over at her.

She smiled, "I’m not, look behind you."

Turning around I first caught sight of my suitcase, then I looked up and saw a boy in ray bans and a SnapBack. "Niall!" I stood up and threw my arms around him.

"Hey Kenna," he laughed.

"I hate you." I muttered.

He lifted me up and looked into my eyes, grinning, "I love you too."

"Niall, we gotta go." one of the bodyguards said, "Management said girls are coming."

"Watch out Emma," I grinned, "It's gonna get a little crowded."

Niall laughed and set me down, taking my hand, "They're ruthless Emma, you better stay with Mike."

She nodded, as we were ushered out to a van. I climbed in after Niall, as Emma climbed in after me.

“Miss me babe?” Niall smirked, whispering to me.

I giggled, “More than you will ever know.”
