My Life...My company...My values...

What else do I need in life apart from it, I achieved what needs to be achieved, I right now every day will sleep with utmost satisfaction about my work. I had money right now, but I am not interested in it, I need my satisfaction, My satisfaction is the utmost priority in all.
The next months our company grew little big, we are in the same rented apartment for our work. I spoke to five banks about my idea of the app and to my luck they accepted the idea, this is my first official contract with other company.
The deal is that, in the app these five banks provides themselves with their own adds for free and whatever the revenue is going to generate is for us.I readily accpeted the offer, next four months I worked on this app and when we released the app, for the first period, it was really well and people found it really interesting but within period instead of primary content, the adds are overwhelming in it that lead to downfall of the app.
They created softlinks in which mistake touching of the screen will take them to their offical bank sites, also a guy who worked for us quit the conpany, stole our ideas and went out to start his own firm but with my ideas.
How should I feel about this, I know we need some security principles and also some values in the firm to develop. Now on I started choosing people whom I can believe and avoiding failure risks in a contract.But u know what without risk u cant run as an entrepreneur, the first days of life is like u need to take life changing decision.
I had taken three decisions that changed the face of my company, they are
1.I allocated shares to my employees, probably not to all but the important guys in firm, so that they will work for their success and if they fail they will also loose and importantly they won't quit easily.
2.I concentrated mainly on design of the product, I as an a user will think and starts using my product, so that everyone requires simplicity, easy to use features and design perspective which needs attraction.
3. I felt I need to pull out lakhs of engineers who has talent but none has the path to use their talent, so they are not knowingly stuck up in consultancy firms.
I founded there are some reasons for these and consultancy are playing on these weekness, those could be
many but I decided to pull most of them from there, because a guy who dono anything or a robot trianed for somedays can be able to do the job which consultancy employees does, for that they dont need an perfect engineer to sit for night shifts, second shifts, midnight wake ups for this.
So I worked on these, and started negotiating with other such startups and decided to provide awareness on these things.Things will never go well, if one starts fighting against MNC, I got court notices for criticizing their work ethics, I was fighting in the court on these.
Soon who stuck up like me will earn publicity and one should know how to turn it positive but not the other way, because ones publicity turns negative u can see dying of urself even when u are alive.I was pretty successful in this, and surprisingly most of consultancy employees supported our fight, because I know the pain over there, working like a robots, taking commands of managers, keeping in sync with onsite counterparts and so on...just for one thing that is MONEY.
No employee over there will sleep satisfying at night probably in morning also for those who attend night shifts.I don't blame consultancy for these, but they should try their luck with some other people instead of engineers who are talented, running with creativity.
So my point is simple, if you are creative enough to design something, are u able to take over risks and invent something revolutionary, we are welcoming you to the world of entrepreneurs...
Tell me engineers, haven't u even a single time in your career of studies thought maybe what the process now is wrong,I have a solution for this....Thats talent, thats creativity and u are an engineer....and probably you can be a gud product inventor for easier life of mankind, design product dont give up till u achieve whatever u face, engineers are designed to invent.....
