What is success...?

After the call, everything changed to me. I became the most happiest fellow at that time because the success of entrepreneurship is not easy and I was some how nearing to it.The first thing that needs to be done is evaluating my company value.
Evaluating company value is nothing but, estimating the current trend for our product in market and sketching it to some time near future.I need an auditor for that, you know what, they are not like software employee who takes monthly salary but per hour they will charge, you know how much will it be, its one fourth of my salary that is for just giving an appointment to us, after that they will take some shares in the company once they helps in company going to IPO.
I met an auditor and luckily since its first week of month, I just got my salary, I gave one fourth of my salary to him for an hour meeting. I explained to him about our organization and asked him to evaluate about the company and finally take the company to IPO, so that the I can have some funding which those guys offered.
The next hour went on like a viva session to me, he asked so many questions which includes some things which I never heard, he is a good guy, happened to understood my case that I was a fresher and dono all these stuff. It took two long hours and the result is that I guess I need to pay one fourth of my salary to him for his extra hour.
But since he is an a young guy, understanding my position made a joke saying "Dont worry Hero, I will be with you only na from now on, take this one hour as free, so that I can tell in future that I gave an hour free to a millionaire". I just smiled for what he said....not because of joke but the lost word called millionaire.....
He concluded his discussion with three conditions:
1. He should be the auditor for all the company from now on and he will be the legal advisior.
2.He needs 5 percent of company shares which after negotiating he made it to three.
3.He wants me to be his close friend in life since all his customers are boring stupid guys who sees only talent but he is young.
He said the third one is very important rather than the other two...same smile came to me back again.
He again asked one more question "Do you have any partners?".I thought for sometime and replied there is one of my friend who is creative head to this firm and so he asked to speak to her and make a legal agreement about the percentage of hers in this firm and her name will be listed as co-founder.
I came out and felt like, somewhere I am feeling small happiness that gave me satisfaction and I never felt in these one year before. When I spoke to my friend she said that she dont want all these, I just helped my friend but I dont wanna leave her like that, so I filed her name as a co-founder and also 20 percent will be her shares, 7 percent to the one that offered funding to my company, 3 percent to my auditor friend("Dont forget the third condition of him"), 9 percent on my family name,1 percent on Aishu name and 51 percent in my name which leaves the nine percent shares to be sold outside.
With the funding I made we saw a simple office space far from these techie companies and had bought new desktops and laptops for working, made internet connection, got some furniture and most importantly, I made a designer to draw harry potters and some of our friends cartoons on the walls of office, I want the environment there to be enjoying always and work should not be a burden for these people, I felt thet should love to come here rather than feeling it as a burden.
Now my happiest day came, I need to quit my arrogant worst company, but we cant just go like that we need to inform three months prior and there will be two rules that made me real angry those are:
1.We cannot apply for any leave not even sick leave in this three month period and also if we kept in case of high emergency we need to work those many extra days.
2.we wont get our salary for the last month, which means free working for a month
I just adjusted to all these rules but I havent told to my mom or dad about my company still, since I dono how they are going to react.I atlast called them for a two day vacation to this city, when they came I first took them to my office, and seriously when I said everything to them, I can see real happiness in their faces.
After three months of hard time I moved to my company as a CEO, I minimized all our expenditures, in a span of three months we recruited three creative people,they are creative because I just gave to them 24 hrs of time and told to come up with a creative app, website anything but they should impress me, out of 27 applicants I took these three who are freshers and have creativity in blood.
I allocated one guy for updating the presnt android app, one other for creating the same app in website and finally one more guy for creating an IOS version of same app.
Coming to myself I was working on my third design I told, creating an app for banks.After eight months of quitting my firm, I need a team for supporting our servers and surprisingly the same old consultancy firm which I quit eight months ago has been came to us for that support project.
Do u know what is success, becoming a client to the same company which u have quit months ago and ruling the people who I thought was dumb before, and made me work some sort of dumb work......
This is real success....Isn't it so....?
