Maya's pov
Lots of time when I go through pain and everything I'm feeling I play my guitar and sing songs because it gets me through the day and this particular explains my life story and what I went through and how I felt as I start to play and sing the song concrete angel by Martina McBride because it explains my life through story as I finished the song I noticed Brandon standing there as he came by me and sat next to me

"I didn't know you play or sing it was so beautiful by the way" Brandon said complimenting me

"Music is the only thing that gets me through the lyrics and everything just speak to me it kind of explains everything that happened to me in my home it's means something" I explained honestly for my love of music

"I could tell you actually sang with feeling you explained the story well like you were moved by it" Brandon said in calm loving voice

"So is it just music that sparks your interest or are you into other things" Brandon asked intriguingly wondering what her answer was

"Well since you ask I'm also a song writer and and artist I guess their just always there to help me through the bad times you know" I explained honestly

"I guess we share too in common I love music I play piano and guitar and I write songs too and it helps me through my bad times too so I get it" Brandon said through a smile

"Really I would really like too here you play me something on that piano over there" I said encouraging him with a smile to play me something on his piano as I follow him over too the piano as he played me a beautiful piece that he was working on

"That was really beautiful you really do have a gift" I said amazed at how talented he was

"Yeah well you have an amazing gift too as a singer and I have no doubt that you kick but in songwriting and art too" Brandon said smiling at the girl who looked down at the ground and blushed

"And you'll have an album out soon I know you will and it will be wonderful like the incredible person you are" Brandon said with so much love and encouragement to the girl

"You can't say that until you see my songwriting skills and have seen my art" I said being honest

"Well show me what you got" Brandon said encouraging me too hand it over as I seen the song title the middle of starting over good title he thought as he read some of the lyrics

"Back to the beginning gonna hit rewind chance to do it over get it right this time life gives you pennies turn them into dimes I'm in the middle of starting over" I read in my mind these are such great lyrics what is she talking about 

As he took a look at some of her drawings he though they were amazing and that she's going to do great in life

"You have to lie I know it's terrible" I said as I quickly take the art and the song lyrics from him

"Why are you holding yourself back on your dreams your talented and amazing you got a gift don't give up on something that makes you happy" Brandon said filled with love and wisdom

"What if I don't make it what if I fail what if I crash and burn" I said with such fear that I won't succeed

"You can't let fear hold you back you need hope that you will make it and if you do go at it and try again" Brandon said with so much love and compassion

"Thanks Brandon it means so much too me for someone to say that to me no one has said that before" I said with so much love and hope to Brandon for believing in me

"No problem I hate to see you give up on something your really good at" Brandon said with so much love and sended me a smile before exiting the room
