After the recent events that happened with maya yesterday we decided to talk to the kids about it I know it will be hard but it has to be done will get through this together as a family

"You're probably wondering why we called to have this little family meeting me and your mother just love you so much and that if you ever feel like cutting talk to us about it or talk to a sibling for help because this is serious" I said in a very loving compassionate voice

"Wait who cut themselves" Callie asked sadness filled in her voice as she struggled to keep the tears from falling

"Maya did we caught her in the bathroom yesterday" Stef said in a very sad voice

"Wow it must of been really bad if she considered taking her own life did she say why" Mariana said feeling sympathy for the maya girl

"She just felt like their was nothing else to live for her mother made her feel worthless telling her she ruined her life that she was a mistake and that she shouldn't be here abusing her letting her a loser boyfriend abuse her she felt like nothing and her dad leaving her to take care and supporting and loving another family through her off the edge thinking that she doesn't deserve love or happiness thinking that is how it was suppose to be and that thinks can't be fixed" Lena said her voice filled with sadness in her voice

"It's horrible that they filled her with those kind of thoughts thinking she's nothing but a mistake oh how I want to kick her parents asses right now and the loser boyfriend too" Jesus said getting mad at the parents for treating their daughter like shit

"Good thing you found her in time" Jude said glad that the girl was ok and that they found her in time

"But what if they didn't something bad could of happened to her" Mariana said her eyes filled with tears at the thought

"She could've died" Callie said added on as uncontrollable tears fall on to her cheeks

"The most important thing is we found her in time and that she is ok" Stef said assuring the kids that everything is going to be ok

"What do we do now" Brandon asked concerned

"Now we will just have to keep an eye on her making sure she doesn't do it again show her how much we care and love her show our support she'll eventually see it she's going to be just fine my babies" Stef said assuring the kids that we won't let this happen again

"You told them" maya screamed eyes filled with so much sadness now that not just her foster parents know her siblings do too

"Maya it's ok we're here for you and will be there anytime you want to talk I know what your going through I used to feel that way too putting walls up not being able to trust anyone didn't have any hope at all but then I met this family and everything changed they taught me how to feel safe and loved in so many ways you don't have to be scared maya you don't have to keep walls up to protect you they don't keep you safe they just keep you hurting yourself by fear of being loved but my advice is don't be it will just keep you away from being happy" Callie said with so much understanding and compassion for the maya girl

"It gets better" maya asked Callie through her tears

"It does and I know in Time you will see that" Callie said with so much love giving the girl hope

"We're not giving up on you anytime soon" Stef and Lena both said with so much love

Giving the girl some happiness that this time around it will be different

Seeing maya filled with so much hope made the family heart melt thinking they could all be a family and that everything's going to be okay
