*Ross's POV*

It's been over a three years since Caitlin left. She left her phone so I had no way of contacting her. She deactivated her twitter too. I had no way of reaching her. When I looked through my twitter that morning to see if I could find a clue about Caitlin's whereabouts I saw the photo of me and her in the diner all over my news feed. Even now I see that photo sometimes and it makes me so mad. All the comments that people made drove the girl I loved away from me.

After a few weeks I basically gave up. I had no idea where she would go. Unless she went back to the UK but I wouldn't know where to start. Our album was released mid September and I made sure that the song "If I Can't Be With You" was featured. Wherever Caitlin was I knew she would listen to the album one way or another. And I hoped that if she listened to the song she would know how I felt. I still love her, I always will. No one could ever change my mind about that.

Today me and the band arrived in New York for a couple of days for a few interviews and two shows. We had to head straight to our first interview before we had a chance to book into a hotel.

Half way through the interview, Taylor, the interviewer asked us about each song on the album. When she asked about 'If I Can't Be With You' the rest of the band turned and looked at me. I sighed "The song means a lot to me personally. I can relate to it"

"Is it directed to a special someone?"

"I guess you could say that..."

"We're really happy with all the song choices" Riker said quickly. My siblings knew I didn't mind explaining the meaning of the song but I couldn't talk about Caitlin. We wrapped up the interview and went straight to sound check.

After sound check and the meet and greet we started the show. Everything that went on in my life melts away for the hour or two we're on stage. Just me and my music.

Half way through the show I was setting my my guitar for the next song. I looked out to the crowd and smiled at all the screaming fans. I scanned over all of their faces until my eyes stopped at one. My heart literally stopped. It was her. She was here. I blinked a few times to make my vision clearer and suddenly she was gone. I searched through the sea of faces again. I swear it was Caitlin. She was there.
Riker pushed me a little "Dude stop looking around. Start Cali Girls"
I shook my head and began the song. I tried to stay focused during the rest of the show but I wasn't with it.

After the show we made our way back to the hotel and Rydel pulled me to one side. "What happened out there?"

"I...I saw Caitlin"

Rydel's jaw basically hit the floor. After all Caitlin was one of her best friends. Rydel was so upset when we found out she left. We were all devastated. "Caitlin? But...what?!"

"I don't know. I could be wrong. I thought I saw her"

"Has she been on your mind a lot today?"

"She's always on my mind Del"

"You really did love her didn't you?"

"I still do..."

I didn't sleep much that night either. I wish I could move on. Find someone new. But I physically can't. Not until I know where she went and why she left me. I needed answers. Anything could of happened to her. She could be in trouble or danger. She could of met someone new. She could be happy right now.
