The Doctor And The Patient AU

     John is in his office and his wife and his nurse came in . Mary said "John." John said "hi sweetie ." Mary said "your new patient is here William Holmes ." John said "send him in." Mary went out and said "sir go in ." William 'Sherlock' went to John's office .John said "mister Holmes you are my new patient welcome ." William shut the door and sat on the table .  John said "it's alright don't be scared William." Sherlock said "I go by Sherlock." John said "well Sherlock welcome here now I don't have all of your papers but name ,height ,age, weight etc ." Sherlock said "William Sherlock Scott Holmes ,18 ,5'9 1/2 130  ." John wrote that down and said "I'll be getting your papers soon ." Sherlock said "alright so is that lady your wife ?" John stood up and said "yes she is after forgiving her for a lot now how long have you been clean?" Sherlock said "about two years but I've been getting sick from it ." John said "Arms ." Sherlock took off his jacket and showed John his arms . John is examining his arms and said " I found the answer why  on your left upper forearm this wound right here ." Sherlock said "so am I going to die from this ?" John said "no ,no ." John got up grabbed a bandage and came back over to him and put it on the wound and said "look I'm not the hospital but go there and next year come back for the regular year physical ." Sherlock said "ok ." John said "and if you die I won't be seeing you next year ." John did a little giggle . Sherlock said "thanks ."  John went over to his desk and said "now Mister Holmes just stay as healthy as  you can." Sherlock said "sir ?" John sat down and said "yes mister Holmes ?"  Sherlock hopped off the table and came over to John and said "thanks ." John looked up and said "no problem ." Sherlock leaned down and kissed John. John cupped Sherlock's face . John backed off and said "mister Holmes." Sherlock said "I am sorry sir ." John said "I am married ." Sherlock wrote a gay pub address down and said "meet me there please ?" John took the paper and said "Sherlock." Sherlock said "if you could ."  John smiled and said "I'll try but I'm not making any promises ." Sherlock grabbed his jacket and left . Later that night Sherlock is at the pub sitting at the counter . The bartender said "what can I get you Sherlock ?" Sherlock said "the usual ." The bartender said "right up."  The bartender said "here." Sherlock said "thanks ."  The bartender said "you have someone ." Sherlock turned around and said "John?" John sat at the counter and said "yes I managed to escape my flat ."  Sherlock said "nice ." John said "Sherlock you are eighteen I am." Sherlock said "what no age will stop me from liking you I am an adult I can date and like who I want ." John said "Sherlock." Sherlock said "Watson."  John looked down. Sherlock sipped his drink and said "so then why are you here if it's not to say you like me back ." John said "Sherlock it's not that simple  I have a wife ." Sherlock said "who you had to forgive her a lot ." John said "Sherlock." Sherlock said "just do one thing you finally could do that you wanted to ."  John said "Sherlock ." Sherlock finished his drink and paid and said "I have to go just go ." Sherlock went out . John said "what do you know about that kid ?"

   The bartender said "he's been off of drugs he's been doing good he moved out on his own Mrs. Hudson let's him stay in the flat above her that she is the land lady for ." John said "do you have the address ?" The bartender gave him the address and said "look he's messed up he is he's eighteen and he's messed up you have a wife and a life don't change that unless you want to." John said "thanks ." Sherlock got to the flat . John went upstairs and is knocking on the door .  Sherlock opened the door and said "Mister Watson?" John said "call me John we're both adults here ." Sherlock said "well John are you going to come in or just stand there ?" John came in and said " look we both have weird lives but if we do this it has to be this one time thing understood ." Sherlock said "I understand yes ." John stood up on his tippy toes and is kissing Sherlock .  Sherlock picked him up and carried him to the room .  John got off of Sherlock and said "so you really want to do this huh ?" Sherlock said "yes ." Sherlock took off John's shirt and John pushed Sherlock onto the bed . Sherlock said "on your stomach ." John got on his stomach and Sherlock pulled down his and John's boxers . John is getting a gripe on the sheets and is moaning . Sherlock said "shush the land lady will hear us ." John trying to get breath said "are you ,OHHHHHHHH MMMMMYYYY are you almost there?" Sherlock got a grasp on John and said "YES." Sherlock said "I came ." John said "Good thank God ." They're lying down . Sherlock has John in his grasp with his arm and said "that was just so ." John said "I have to go Sherlock ,I have my wife Mary probably worried sick to where I am at this hour ." Sherlock said "oh." John got out of bed and got his boxers on and said "Sherlock that was the best sex I had I should know it was really ,really bloody swell I probably won't be able to sit well for a week ." John smiled along with Sherlock. Sherlock sat up and said "maybe we could make this a once a week thing ?" John got his slacks on and said "I got work so the only time I would have is this same time and you got school or work too ?" Sherlock said "I work with my brother Mycroft I don't really go along with other people ." John said "Sherlock you are my patient ." Sherlock said "I'm eighteen ." John grabbed his shirt and said "Sherlock ." Sherlock said "you can call me Will if you say ok to seeing me again ?" John said "Will." Sherlock said "see you next time ." John put his shirt on and said "yes ." Sherlock wrote his number down and said "if you want to talk." John said "alright ." Sherlock said "thanks ." John said "no thank you Wills ." Sherlock smiled . John came on the bed and got on Sherlock's lap and said "until next time Wills ." John kissed him like he meant it . John got his shoes on and left .

    Sherlock got his pajamas on and went to the kitchen and got a cup of tea . Sherlock's phone is going off .Sherlock answered it and said "John?" John said "yeah I stopped two blocks away and I realized I left my jacket there at the flat could I swing by and grab it ?" Sherlock couldn't help but to smile like there's no tomorrow and said "of course yes ." John said "thanks it's cold and  I was just wanted to be in the moment ." John hung up and got back . John ran upstairs and said "Sherlock." Sherlock has John's coat in his hands and said "here I don't want you to freeze ." John got his jacket on and said "thanks  now I think you should get some  sleep." Sherlock said "I would be able to get sleep with you next to me ." John said "one night we will Wills but not tonight ." Sherlock said "you better get home to the misses ." John smiled and said "I should yes well good night Will ." John got a taxi and got home . John is texting Sherlock. Mary came into the kitchen and said "John where have you been ?" John said "out I went out to check a store out ." Mary said "this late?" John said "yes and I'm going back tomorrow night ." Mary said "ok should I be worried John?" John said "never look you are two months pregnant go have some fun tomorrow night I know it's what you want  and need ."  Mary said "I was planning on going out tomorrow so glad you have plans ." John smiled and said "so has the morning sickness gone away yet ?" Mary said "yeah a few days it did so no more throwing up in the early hours of the morning ." John said "that's good ." Mary sat down and said "John are you sure there is nothing to be worried about ?" John is holding Mary's hand and said "there is nothing to be worried about Mary in seven months our baby will be born and we'll be a family ."  The next night John came back to the flat . Sherlock and John are sitting at the table . Sherlock said "so what do you have to tell me or want to tell me ?" John said "last night I forgot to tell you one small little detail ." Sherlock said "ok spill it ." John said "Mary my wife we're two months pregnant we're expecting a baby in seven months I was caught up in the moment and  I am sorry I didn't tell you ." Sherlock said "why did you have to tell me it's not like we're going into a relationship here you're a married man and I know us having sex last night was probably one of the worst ideas but we both needed that so congratulations on the baby news I hope you will be a good father I know you will be a good one ." John said "did you want a relationship with me Sherlock ?" Sherlock said "yes I did I truly did but now I know this we could only be friends ." John said "Sherlock thank you." Sherlock said "no problem sir we all meet  our tragic ends ."  John said "ok Sherlock." Sherlock got up and said "well what are you still doing here ?" John said "you want me to go ?" Sherlock said "yes that was the point of the tragic ends ."  John said "I do like you Will." Sherlock said "I liked you too but I don't want you to be cheating again ." John is holding Sherlock's hand and said "call me if anything ." John got up . Sherlock said "wait ." John stood still and said "yes?" Sherlock got up and kissed him and said "come back ." John said "will do ." Sherlock said "how about spending the night tonight will Mary be ok with that ?" John said "I think she will ."

   John is hugging Sherlock and said "tragic endings don't always have a good beginning you know that right ?" Sherlock said "I do and the beginnings don't  always have a tragic ending I know this ." John put his head on Sherlock's chest and said "it sucks when the good beginnings have the tragic endings ." Sherlock said "I had a good friend who didn't like endings so well I think I took that from him I don't really care for endings they hurt too much." John said "especially good ones huh ?" Sherlock said "especially good ones ." John said "what was his name ?" Sherlock said "he never really had a name he just was there when you needed him to be ." John said "sounds like a really good friend ." Sherlock said "he was he left when he knew his job was done with being there for you." John said "did he die ?" Sherlock said "oh no John he doesn't age ." John said "really ?" Sherlock said "really ."
