John and Sherlock

Mystrade

Scotland Yard : Gregory Lestrade a district inspector he has two kids Emmie and Adam with his cheating wife .Greg works then goes to the pub so since his work takes up to the night he doesn't know that his wife is cheating .

Day one :Mycroft Holmes is knocking on Greg's office door . Greg is writing up something and said "come in ." Mycroft came in and closed the door and said " Gregory Lestrade ,look up ." Greg looked up and said "yes Mister Holmes ?" Mycroft said "were you still coming over after work?" Greg said "I don't think I'm going to make it ,I don't know if my wife is going to get the kids from school, lock the door and close the blinds and we'll make it up." Mycroft said "I don't do that in an office." Greg said "unless it's yours at your home ." Mycroft said "correct ." Greg said "I feel horrible for doing this Mycroft I'm the one cheating ." Mycroft said "well we didn't do anything yet I've only been helping you with a few cases ." Greg said "ok I'll come over after work ." Mycroft said "ok." After Greg got done with work he called Amelia. Amelia said "I got Emmie and Adam at home they're doing their homework ." Greg said "ok that's good I'm going to a buddy's house to work on a case and finish it ." Amelia said "ok stay safe ." Greg hung up and got to Mycroft's . Greg's knocking on the door waiting patiently for Mycroft . Mycroft opened the door and said "hello Gregory." Greg went in and said "I heard the other guy in the background when I called Amelia ,she didn't even try to tell him to shut up ,Mycroft ." Mycroft shut the door and said "Gregory." Greg dropped his bag and is hugging Mycroft tight and said "she's cheating on me ." Mycroft is hugging him back and said "did you want a drink?" Greg said "can we just please lie down I just want to cuddle ." Mycroft locked the door and said "let's go." They went to the bedroom and they're cuddling . Greg has his phone on the nightstand along with Mycroft's . Mycroft is being the big spoon kissing Greg's right side of his rib and said "it's ok you got me." Greg smiled and said "thanks Mycroft ." Ten minutes later Greg's phone is ringing . Greg reached over and answered his phone . Amelia said "Are you coming home Greg?" Greg said "um we have this case and it's really important to me Amelia so ." Amelia said "ok well if you come home during the night the kids are asleep." Greg said "alright "and hung up . Mycroft said "is everything ok?" Greg said "just the Mrs. lying through her teeth." Mycroft said "I am sorry Gregory." Greg said "can I spend the night please I don't feel like really going home and I just need to stay calm." Mycroft said "I thought you spending the night was already in full swings ?" Greg smiled and said "oh." Greg pulled him in and kissed him. Mycroft smiled . Greg said "it's just so easier being with you ,talking with you ,everything is better with you." Mycroft said "you like me ?" Greg said "since we started working together so yes ." Mycroft said "aw I like you too." Greg said "good ." Mycroft said "great ." Greg said "I do owe it to Sherlock for meeting one another ." Greg said "would you want to have dinner with me tomorrow ?" Mycroft smiled and said "dinner ?" Greg said "you pick we could go out or I come here tomorrow early and I will cook." Mycroft said "you'll be disappointed by my answer." Greg said "no I wouldn't ." Mycroft said "could we go out or no since you just found out she's cheating ?" Greg said "ok we'll go out I want to show you off ." Mycroft said "aw." Greg said "how about we go out to the pub tonight ?" Mycroft said "let's go ." They got dressed and got to the pub. Anderson is there sitting at the counter drinking . They got to a table . Greg said "what drink?" Mycroft said "whiskey ." Greg got up to the bar and said "A whiskey on the rocks and just a beer ." The bartender gave him the drinks and said "here." Greg got back to the table . Mycroft said "thanks ." Greg smiled and said "no problem." They finished their drinks and started making out . They stopped . Mycroft said "we should get home ." Greg said "yeah we should ." They paid and left .

Day Five: Greg got home after a long day with Emmie and Adam. Emmie is taking a nap in her room . Adam is sitting at the dining table and said "just wondering dad you do you mum has been having a guy over lately ." Greg said "yes I know I found out a few days ago Adam." Adam said "so are you moving on ?" Greg said "I moved on already Adam ,you and Emmie will like them." Adam said "pronouns ?" Greg said "they prefer them/they and I'm respecting that ." Adam said "are they a guy dad or a lady ?" Greg said "Adam." Adam said "I'm fine if it's a guy ." Greg said "his name is Mycroft we work on cases together when he can help me and his brother out ." Adam smiled and said "you like him dad ?" Greg said "I do Adam I really do don't hate me if your mum and I split up please ." Adam said "dad." Greg said "I love your mother very much but two wrongs don't make a right ,we were right at the start but we weren't meant to finish out story with a happy ending ." Adam said "ok dad be happy ." Greg said "thanks Adam for fifteen you understand ." Adam said "yeah." Amelia later got home in the late hours of the night . Greg is on the couch. Amelia said "what are you on the couch for ?" Greg said "We need to talk." Amelia said "I'm having an affair with a guy I love ok Gregory I'm sorry we had a great run but I'm sorry." Greg said "no I know I heard his voice a few days ago on the phone ." Amelia said "yeah ok so what about you I heard your doing in the back Gregory ." Greg said "don't turn this on me now ." Amelia said "I get that having the affair is stupid on my part but you are doing the exact same thing ." Greg said "how so him and I never even got close to having sex we went to his home to work on a case a truth like always we made out yes but it never lead up to sex unlike you and your doing ." Amelia said "So what do you want to do huh divorce and have Emmie and Adam in a broken home ?" Greg said "divorce yes the broken home no I will live here with them and you will move out find a flat for you and them so after we figure this custody part out ." Amelia said "fine ."Greg said "fine ." Amelia went upstairs . Greg is calling Mycroft. Mycroft answered and said "Gregory?" Greg said "Can I come over please ?" Mycroft said "sure yes but it's the middle of the night ." Greg said "I'll be right there." Greg got there and went straight to Mycroft's arms . Mycroft said "what happened ?" Greg said "divorce ." Mycroft said "Gregory ." Greg said "it's what I want but I don't want Emmie and Adam to hate me for it ." Mycroft said "they won't Greg ." Greg said "I don't know ." Mycroft said "I'm going to be in my office if you need anything." Mycroft went to his office . Greg followed Mycroft to the office and came in. Mycroft looked up and said "Since you woke me up in the middle of the dreadful night I could work more ." Greg said "this is your office ?" Mycroft said "home office but yes ." Greg sat on the side of the desk and said "do you want me to go I'll go if you want ." Mycroft put his pen down and put his hand on Greg's upper thigh and said "no don't go I enjoy your company ." Greg smiled. Mycroft said "but since I'm up I have to finish this ." Greg said "Mycroft ." Mycroft said "we could all have dinner tomorrow ,you ,me ,Emmie and Adam ,Sherlock ,John and Mary ." Greg said "alright ."

The next day after work it wasn't a crazy day so Greg got to Mycroft's with Emmie and Adam . Greg said "Adam get homework done please ." Adam said "so where's Mycroft ?" Greg said "on his way ." Adam said "alright ." Mycroft got there before Sherlock ,John and Mary . Greg said "Mycroft ." Mycroft said "hi." Greg said "this is Emmie she's six and this is Adam he's fifteen ." Mycroft said "hi to the both of you ." Emmie said "hello." Adam just shifted off to do his homework . Greg said "so is Sherlock ,John and Mary coming ?" Mycroft said "John and Mary had other plans and Sherlock left somewhere ." A hour later the four of them are sitting at the table eating . Mycroft said "so Adam what year are you in?" Adam said "year 10." Mycroft said "how is the homework going ?" Adam said "fine ." Mycroft said "I get if you don't like me I get it I understand ." Adam said "thank you for the dinner thank you but dad I'm going to a friends house ." Greg said "ok Adam ." Adam grabbed his bag and left. Mycroft said "Gregory I am sorry." Greg said "it's fine he'll be home once we get home so no worries ." After dinner Greg is washing off the plates . Emmie said "So Mycroft do you love my daddy?" Mycroft said "Emmie ?" Emmie said "so do you ?" Mycroft said "I don't know it's too early in the relationship ." Emmie smiled . Greg came back out and said "Emmie ." Mycroft stood up and said "Gregory she's fine ." Sherlock is knocking on the door . Mycroft said "it's opened ." Sherlock came in and said "Sorry if I'm late ,Greg?" Greg said "Sherlock this is Emmie my daughter ." Sherlock said "hi Miss Emmie." Emmie said "hi Mister Holmes." Sherlock said "are you and Mycroft dating ?" Greg said "yes we are we were having dinner ,Adam left , John and Mary never showed up so ." Sherlock said "oh." John is calling Sherlock. Sherlock answered and said "yes ?" John said "Mary has been in an accident and we're at the hospital now the doc said she won't make it please Sherlock come ." Sherlock said "I have to go." Sherlock got to the emergency room and said "John." John said "Sherlock I loved her we were supposed to be together forever not only a year." Sherlock is hugging John and said "John." John said "I don't know what to do Sherlock I don't ." Sherlock said "John it will be ok ." John said "how ." Sherlock said "you got me ." John looked up and said "Sherlock." Amelia came and got Emmie . Amelia said "here I got the papers I just need you to sign and I'll take them to the court tomorrow." Greg signed the papers and said "here." Amelia and Emmie left . Mycroft is standing against the wall and said "Sorry Gregory." Greg said "don't be I was wanting a divorce so the divorce finally happened ." Mycroft said "is there anything I could do to take this off your mind ?" Greg said "no." Mycroft said "I do love you Gregory I'm always here for you ." Greg took off his shoes and laid on the sofa. Mycroft said "I'll be in my office."
