Chapter 12

Hey guys!!! chapter 12 is finally hurr!!!!! *happy dances*



Myrahs POV

I sighed. Zeek had canceled our date again this week. I was alone in my house when I got a call from Kristy.

"Hay!!! it's been like forever sense we hung out Myrah! Can I steal you away from Zeek for just one day? pweeese!!" she squeaked in my ear.

"Sure Kris. Zeeks been canceling on me anyways." I sighed.

"Well don't worry okay I'm sure he has a good reason don't be concerned! things will get back to normal soon... BUT until then your mine Mwhahahaha!!!"

I rolled my eyes. "Ugh really Kris that's a little much. Well what Cha got planned today?"

"Some last minute Christmas shopping. Have you got Zeek anything yet?"

"No I haven't been out much without him. he's always here 24-7 which it feels weird that he hasn't been around much the past couple of days."

"Chill! I just wanted to know if you got him anything yet jeez! okay well I'll be there in five babe!" Kristy says before hanging up.



Jumping out of bed I tossed on a sweater and my snow boots, because it's been snowing a lot lately, and finding my scarf I head downstairs to find my wallet.

"OH MY GAWD!!! ITS PERFECT!!!!!" Kristy squealed when she saw the necklace that I wanted.

"Yeah it is but it's to much I only came in here so I could find Zeek the watch he really wanted awhile back when we first came in here."


I walked over the the watches that where displayed and I found the one he wanted. "Can I help you ladies?" A man that seemed like he was in his early thirties said to me and Kristy. "Um yes I would like to buy that watch there." I pointed to the Rolex watch it was simple but elegant it had Zeeks name on it and I was surely going to get it for him. Smiling the man behind the counter says. "excellent choice ma'am let me take it and wrap it for you?" "Um is it possible to get this watch engraved?" "Yes it is." he smiled at me.

He told me to wait and he would be right back.


A few minutes later he came back with a piece of paper and a pen. "Will you please write what you would like the inside of the watch to say?" I nodded taking the piece of paper and pen.

I wrote: i love you. Forever yours, Myrah.

I know I'm not the most creative person in the world but it was still nice, but cheesy. I gave the paper to the man. "Alright well I'll take the watch and engrave it. it should be about ten minutes. Is that okay with you?" "Yeah. That's fine." He vanished after I said that. I walked over to Kristy. "Tell me these earrings aren't beautiful!" She cooed.

After fifteen minutes of walking around and about ten shopping bags each me and Kristy returned to Griffins to pick up the watch that I had bought for Zeek.

"Thanks for today Kristy I needed some girl time." I waved to her as she pulled out of my driveway. I ran into the house to wrap the presents I bought for my family and Zeek.

[3 hours later]

Ping!

I got out of my bed and glanced at my phone.

My love <3: Hey babe I'm sorry I canceled I had to work again :/

Me: it's okay. I spent some time with Kristy today. I just hope I'll see you tomorrow. :)


My love <3: I have to work tomorrow.


Me: oh. But it's Christmas Eve Zeek! My parents where looking forward to you coming over tomorrow they even bought you gifts as well as I did!

I could feel tears pool up into my eyes. He had promised to spend Christmas Eve with me and my parents and I would spend Christmas Day with his.


My love <3: I'm sorry Myrah. I know your mad and I haven't been there like I had planned but I promise that I'll be there on Christmas. :)

I didn't answer him back. I know I'm being selfish but I just didn't feel complete without Zeek being here.

I was on my computer working on some homework when I heard a knock on my balcony door.

Zeek had brought me a stuffed animal and a movie. "I just wanted to apologize babe. Can I stay with you tonight?" I couldn't look him in the eye if I did I would squirm under his gaze. "sure." He kissed my forehead. "I missed you princess."

We ended up watching the movie he brought and cuddling. I didn't realize that I had fallen asleep until I felt Zeek shift and get out of my bed. "Were you going?" I whined. "I have to go to work babe. I'll see you tomorrow." he kissed me on the lips and walked out leaving me alone again.
