Madison's POV:

'So... where are we going?' I asked, because honestly I was really curious to know.

"You'll see as soon as we get there." he smirked getting into the driver seat of my car.

I groaned at his remark.

'Fine. but next time I'm planning the date, because you never tell me where you're taking me!'

"Its all the more fun. You know, seeing your surprised face when you find out where we're going. but hey, if you want to plan it, you can." he laughed.

We drove for about 45 minutes or less and we were pulling up to the board walk.

"Here we are." he says extending his arm in a welcoming gesture.

'You're such a dork.' I snorted.

We got out the car and proceeded towards the gate to enter, me running ahead trying to beat Rocky, but he caught up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist from behind. He then shifted to my side and left an arm around my waist as we walked tthrough the gate and went inside.

I used to love the boardwalk back at home, so tonight should be pretty fun.

Rocky's POV:

When we got inside Madison ran straight towards the fun house dragging me along.

"Come on Rocky! There's a fun house!" she screamed with a kid like tone in her voice.

'I'm coming, I'm coming! Slow down!' I say laughing at her excitement, but it was adorable.

I ran into the fun house, following her and then I finally got her to slow down. After that, we were both letting our inner kid run free.

We walk through the fun house finding our way through the mirror maze, dodging things popping out at us, and just having a wonderful time. We were a little scared because it was October and almost Halloween, so the fun house was basically a haunted house. I especially liked it when she got scared, because she would move closer to me.

After we got out of the fun house, we were laughing at each other.

"Where to next Lynch?" she said through her giggles.

'Come on.' I said grabbing her hand, leading the way.

"Ferris wheel?" she asked her eyes glazed over with excitement.

'Ferris wheel.' I replied.

We waited for the next cart to come around and then climbed into the green cart that came down to us.

"Yay green!" she sang with enthusiasm.

'Green!' I chimed back with just as much enthusiasm, if not more.

As we're going up I glance over at Madison and notice her eyes were sparkling, and filled with wonder and amazement.

"Wow." I heard her faintly whisper.

'The view from up here is beautiful isn't it?' I say as I wrap my arm around her shoulders pulling her close to me as she lays her head on my shoulder.

"Very. Very beautiful indeed." she replies not once looking up at me because she was distracted by the scene.

We were reaching the top as they were filling the last cart, and then they began to take us around two or three times.

The ferris wheel spun slow, and the cool fall breeze was blowing on my skin, and I looked over to my girlfriend who was shivering from the cold. I wrap my arm around her once more and try to warm her.
