44 Days (Ereri/Riren)

Prologue

''Come on. You're going to be late, love.'' My voice warned him, though it came out just as sweet as my love for him was. I had my back turned, making a sandwich for him as I heard a soft sigh from behind.

I turned on my heels and met his breathtaking silver eyes. Years have passed and I still could just sit there and stare at his face for eternity.

''Don't tell me that you don't like it when I call you ''love'', because we both know you love it.'' I spoke up to him teasingly. ''Just as much as you love me.''

Levi's lips twitched upwards as he stepped closer to me. Wrapping his strong arms aroud my waist, he whispered. ''And what if I do?''

''Well I'll call you ''love'' forever.'' I had a bright smile on my face as I felt him kissing my cheek.

''Only ''love''? Be more creative, brat.'' Levi's fingers ruffled through my hair, making me grin at him. ''And besides I love you more than some word.'' He leaned to give me a kiss and I gladly accepted his soft and sweet lips on mine. We've kissed so many times, but I never get tired of the amazing feeling it gives me. It's like I can't get enough of him and never would be able to.

I felt him licking my bottom lip, asking for entrance and when he receives it, his hot tongue finds mine. How could I not fall in love with this man over and over again? Every time I wake up next to him feels like pure bliss. There are no words describing how happy he makes me.

''Come onn, love~'' I happily sang, but it was actually more of a whine.. of course. Levi sighed again, but moved away from our loving embrace anyway. ''I hope I would be done with this shit soon, so I can enjoy my time with my fiance.'' He ran his fingers through his raven hair.

''Aww, you gonna miss me?''

''Of course, brat.''

He leaned for one more, this time quick kiss and turned to walk to the front door of our house. I grabbed the sandwhich I just made and followed him. We stopped at the hall and I waited for him to put his black shoes on, before handing him the food.

I smilled. ''With ham and cheese. As you wish.''

''Thank you, brat.''

Levi opened the front door and waved at me, before heading to his car. I stood at the door, watching him with love. When he drove away to his work, I stepped back in the house, locking the door behind me.

Levi was working as an assistant manager for Erwin Smith or as we all call him - Eyebrows. Or Capitan America. The boss of Roger Enterprise [Accepted everytime]. The raven had a lot of work to do, but after he fell on his knees and proposed to me, Erwin gave us a little vacantion till our wedding and honeymoon. I was on cloud nine.

We knew each other for quite the long time. Since high school and then we met by chance at university again. We didn't like each other back then. Just the opposite. We were constantly fighting and trying to cut our heads off, but I couldn't deny how handsome the damn man was. Then slowly as some months passed, we started to gradually take a liking in each other. It happened so fast. As we hated our guts, the little spark between us grew in something more. And before we knew it, a whole fire was flaming in our hearts.

There was a lot of drama shit, that made us break up and then get back together again. We had a lot of struggles on our way, but we went through it together. And now we were a happy, soon to be married couple. I couldn't ask for more. All my dreams were happening and I was happy, so happy to have him.

I got back to do my work, which was cleaning the house, doing the laundy etc. Yeah, guess that I was the housewife in our relationship, but honestly I didn't mind it one bit.
