Icy blue
The color that reminds me of you
Not the golden locks of a key
But the ice blue of a sea
The eyes of a thousand stars
Starring at me with an untouchable force
The weight that you leave behind
My chest still beating heavily
Trying to remove your

Stare
Breath
Every moment you stare
I drown in an explosion of fire
How could you do that with one action?
A question that will next be answered
Except from the winds of fate
You leave such a heavy place
And I do not know how to get rid of it
I'm stuck drowning in the pit of those
Icy blue eyes

Fun Fact: I wrote this about a man that I saw while shopping at Costco. He works there so when I do run into him I think of this poem. He has one of the best pair of blue eyes that I've seen.
