Ok, a pretty common mistake that is easy to make, writing things like "I should of bought that cake, it had chocolate mousse!" This is incorrect. It's a tricky little bugger because the correct form is should've or should have, even though "of" sounds right. So, a correct sentence would be; "I should have known better than to let you buy me donuts... There aren't any chocolate cake ones!"
