So, a huge part of writing is your body. How you feel has an impact on your tone, and the health of your body and mind can improve your train of thought. When I mean healthy I don't mean 6 pack abs can run a marathon super buff babe kind of deal. I mean adequate sleep, drinking about 8 cups of water daily, and getting an appropriate amount of fruits, veggies, grains, dairy, and protein. And that is just the physical side. Your mind needs breaks from things. Just like you shouldn't force your body to run 100 miles straight, your brain needs to take breaks. Sitting down for long periods of time can make your writing stagnant, and your body achey. Take time to go outside, or at least stand and stretch. If you look at the title picture, you can see even the water temperature can have an effect on your mindset for the day. As for other things that can change your day, I personally recommend drinking hot cocoa or tea in cool or cold weather daily, and drink chocolate milk or iced tea in warm or hot weather. I love most types of tea, and I actually grow mint, lavender and other herbs used in teas.
Now, how does your writing area look?
Is it dark, or bright?
Is the lighting harsh or natural?
Is it in an area the makes you feel safe and protected, or exposed?
Different chairs will have different results. And posture should be straight back, shoulders back.
Even the color of the walls, surrounding pictures, and temperature have an effect.
Personally, I recommend having an indoor plant or two nearby to help your mind relax and get to work. I have a potted mint, Rosemary, and a spider plant all nearby to help me focus. Other author use fish tanks or even birds while writing.

One last tip!!! Having a snack can help, but guzzling down giant bags of pretzels or potato chips isn't healthy. Try an apple or celery. I usually have a giant pitcher of water and some yogurt or fruit and veggies.

Hope this helps!!!
Take care of yourself, love yourself, stay realistic.
Love y'all!
