A New Start

Chapter 6: Having Fun

After Claire had known Zack and Cody, she went to get her some punch and a sandwich, the food was pretty good compared to what she ate at home, after she got done eating, Zack and Cody wanted to show her their house, it was a pretty big house, but she went anyways, the last room that Zack and Cody showed her was a guest bedroom with a balcony, Zack and Cody took Claire out onto the balcony so she could see an amazing view.
"How do you like the view" Cody asked
"It's amazing"
"Well this is the only balcony, I come here often because it's so amazing"
"Really, you don't look like the type that would"
"You shouldn't judge a book by its cover"
"I'm just saying what comes first to my mind"
"Would you like to see the pool?"
"Sure"
And after that Cody took her to the pool, the pool was fenced around it, and nobody could see inside the fence, while Cody was walking beside Claire, Zack was walking really slow behind them. Once they were at the pool, Cody unlocked the gate, but Zack didn't want to come with them, so he just sat in one of the chairs outside the fence.
While Claire and Cody were walking around the pool, Zack had his ear by the fence so he could listen to what was being said.
"It's pretty isn't it" said Cody
"It sure is"
"Well since you're here, I have been wanting to tell you something, Claire"
"Well go ahead and tell me, it can't be that bad"
"Well, okay since you insist, I really like you, you're really pretty"
"Is that all you was wanting to tell me"
"Do you have a boyfriend?"
"No"
"Well, since you don't have a boyfriend, will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes, I will be your girlfriend"
Claire was surprised that she got a boyfriend already, she didn't think that she was ever going to get a boyfriend.
Cody and Claire got tired and sat in two of the lounge chairs, that were right beside one another, Claire and Cody were laying on their sides facing one another, just looking at each other, and no one said a word, and after about 10 minutes, Cody took his hands and put his hands on both sides of her face and leaned in and kissed her right on the lips.
"Was that a good kiss?" said Cody
"Do you really want know?"
"Yes, I do"
"Well it was really amazing kiss"
Cody grabbed her face again and kissed Claire in the lips again, but he kissed her longer than he had before and the kiss was more passionate.

"I think it's time we go inside, our parents are probably worried" said Cody
"Well, let's hurry up, then"
Claire and Cody went walking back to the house and they went to the party.
"We can't let my dad see that we are together" said Claire
"Why, not" said Cody
"He doesn't want me to have a boyfriend"
"Oh, ok, I guess we'll just have to keep our relationship a secret, then"
"Does your dad mind if we date?"
"He don't mind, and by the are you going to school or are you home-schooled?"
"I'm going to school"
"Which school are you going to?"
"West coast high school"
"I go to the same school too, and school starts in a 3 weeks"
"I didn't know school started on such a short notice"
Claire's dad came over to Claire and Cody and it was time for her leave.
