A New Start

Chapter 1: A Normal Day

Claire was in her bed asleep, waiting for her alarm clock to wake her up, so she could get ready to go to school, it was the same routine every day when she had to go to school.
Claire didn't have very many friends, she mostly had to work in her family's farm. Her father was a business man and her mom was a country women, her father mostly only cared about the business he worked for rather than anything else, but her mother would mostly work on the farm most of the day.
Her alarm clock finally went off at 6:00 a.m. like it did every day of her life until she could live on her own. Claire got up and she took a shower, got dressed, and went down stairs for breakfast, and then she had to do chores until time to leave for school.
Once her chores were done, she got in her mom's car, and her mom drove Claire to school.
Once Claire was at school, she went to the cafeteria where she would meet her best friend, Nicole, Nicole was a country sweetheart, and Nicole was Claire's only friend. They would talk until the bell rang for them to go to class at 8:10. They only had one class together and that was P.E. and it wasn't until 7th block, until they got to see each other.
