A week has passed, not much changing - I haven't had any more late night visits from Heath, and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but here I am sitting in my room on a Friday night staring at the blank page in front of my trying to write my Essay on the Tempest. My phone was sitting next to me, connected to my speaker and currently shuffling through my eclectic mix in music. I looked up and saw Heath at my window again, I smiled and opened the window to just a crack

"You know we do have a door" I teased.

"Yeah, yeah just move aside." He said as he opened my window the rest of the way and starting climbing through. He wandered to where I was sitting and raised an eyebrow at me I knew what was coming "You know its Friday night right?"

"Very funny; what is it that brings you to my humble abode tonight Heath?" I said, in as good of a pompous voice as I could muster.

Heath chuckled, "was just coming to see if you were going to Jack's party tomorrow..." He trailed off. Was he nervous?

I just looked at him trying to figure it out.

"Bambi? You look confused, you knew about the party didn't you?" He asked his voice pitch went up slightly. Yep, he's definitely nervous. Why?

"Oh yeah, Kristy just texted me about it actually I think We're staying at Jack's tomorrow, and then hanging out with him on Sunday, they said they're going to introduce me to the farm lifestyle...I'm a bit nervous." I hurriedly answered. Before looking up to see a look on Heaths face I couldn't quite figure out then his face lit up with his cheeky smirk I'd come to really appreciate.

"I wasn't going to stay at Jack's but I'm not sure I could resist now I know your plans." He smirked "I mean; I would pay good money to see you introduced to the farm lifestyle" he continued to laugh under his breath.
I punched him in the arm "Shut up! So, what time are we leaving?"

I woke up and checked the time my phone I read 11:27, perfect - I love Saturday sleep in just 5 minutes more. I rolled over facing the window and was met by a pair of green eyes sitting at my desk.

"Ah, she wakes. You snore, did you know that?" Heath said as he got up from the chair. "Forget what time we said we'd be leaving?" He asked as he noting my befuddled morning expression.

"Didn't we say 2pm?" I ask through a yawn

"We said that yes, do you know what the time is now?" He asked trying not to laugh.

"11:30?" I started to sit up

Apparently he couldn't hold his laughter anymore; he was in fits of laughter. So I got up and checked the time again. 1:31pm

"Shit! But it literally just said 11? Damn these morning eyes!" I jumped out of bed not thinking about what I was wearing, which wasn't much to be honest, only when I looked at Heath's eyes raking over my body did I realise I was barely clothed other than my loose shirt that was draped slightly off my shoulder. I picked the wrong day to kick my shorts off in the middle of the night...as I grabbed them from the floor next to my bed and rushed to put them on - backwards -I raced around my room trying to find all my stuff for tonight and tomorrow and throwing them into an overnight bag.

"Did Aunt Rae let you in?" I asked as I tried to find my dignity that I obviously was not getting back. At least this seemed to snap him back from wherever his mind had taken him to...maybe not wearing pants could work in may favour here...No snap out of that, you do not need those thoughts right now.

"Yeah, she said I could wait in the lounge - but she left about 15 minutes ago apparently there was some emergency down at her shop - Your aunt loves to talk, shame that hasn't rubbed off on you Bambi" He teased.
