I had my white card this morning, at 8am anyway I was very tired I feel like a trunk hit me, I couldn't sleep much last night I think I feel asleep around 12-1. The course finished at 3:00 and I'm buggered and tired. Also I have work at 8-10pm 😫.
I haven't eaten much today not even a cup of my salad for lunch 😖 also I don't think I'll have dinner tonight I picked and ate at the chicken in it which I had 1 chicken leg.
I have football tomorrow so it will be a fruit day for me 😂 their will be a stop at maccas(McDonald's #aussie slang) or what but I'm taking packed food with is fruits. Like oranges and apple and a banana. After the game it's probably junk food stop 😖 so I'll probably sit in the bus and eat while the rest run off and eat and buy drinks on the way back home.
I weigh 54kg still so hopefully I lose some weight tomorrow. I need to keep my energy up on fruit otherwise I start to feel uneasy when I'm running if I were to fast for that day, I'll be taking a cup of green tea before we play because it helps burn more twice as much calories.
So I had work and I got away without eating any dinner I'll say today's intake is 50-60cals. It's feels weird when you haven't eaten much and your wondering when your gonna take your next shit 😂😂. Sorry guys I just had to let you know what I'm feeling. Because your stomach has less food to break down so who know when it will be next I'm hoping tomorrow morning 😂. I don't want to be in the middle of a game and have the urge a shit is coming 😂. Only if you guys can relate fml.
