In Some Truxican Trouble?

Well... Say you're caught between some crazy and dire circumstances, and you've no idea what to do about it. Normally, what you would be thinking, "Alright, brain. What in the 7 heavens am I supposed to do?"; and most of the time, you're imagining yourself trying to be Superman or some mythical being, and I can't blame you; because that's how miracles happen. But the mistake is pretty implicit: That's thinking about as for how on earth did you get in that situation in the first place? That is what we should really be thinking about.
Now, it ain't like you can go back in time (not yet) and solve this situation, so no point in really dwelling upon that. Instead focus on an objective, and stay with it. However, this is where the "wondering about how it all started" comes into an initiative.

Problems tend to vary in character, but most of the time, they're rather repetitive. Such as not doing your petty homework, messing up a drama or show in choreography, or just relationship problems.
Problems, or such, can easily be dealt with, simply if you've experienced or rather witnessed these before! Simple, yet left un-thinked about...
It's a bit similar to your immune system, really. A type of pathogen enters, body gets all weird, body attempts to fight back, body eventually wins, memory cells store genetic information about the pathogens, later same type strikes again, but they die thanks to the well-known term "adaptation". Simple!

On an "external-to-your-body" crisis; say you've messed up a very simple lay-up (this is basketball, folks!), in a pretty important inter-school/university match. People are gonna jeer at you, no avoiding that; you're gonna be quite sad, you can avoid(!) that. Playing depressingly leads to a rather unsatisfying performance, throughout the whole game too; and possibly your career.
Your coach is probably going to kill you, but he still knows that you've got potential. Though many seem to unaccept this factor, and repeatedly think about their losses than their wins.
You can already see the downfall here, I guess. The solution is to just play or be the person you are. Not suddenly be a Jordan or Magic Johnson, in the making. That would a hell lot more catastrophic... And you probably know that from mistakes come comprehension and intelligence, which leads to adaptive responses in the end.

Conclusively, I end this speculation with a mandatory reminder: Mentality ain't everything. Physique is a characteristic to be looked upon too. Why do you think bony or obese people aren't chosen to be in the construction field? Obviously, because they're unable to perform tedious tasks like carrying heavy ordnance or large bars of steel.
So take your shape into thought by jogging, doing some fitness stuff, eating not too excessively, and munching on those veggies, kiddos (I'm a kid, too).
You never know when some kind of apocalyptic event will befall us or just you. So be prepared for anything. This piece of text is only a part of being dextrous to the forthcoming. On-guard!

Aye, folks! T'day's was simply about being prepared for worse, and making up to mistakes being made. Though everything is for the best, try not to make it... "not so best...". This might've been a fair bit perplexing or mind-bending to read, due to my terrible means of stating complete phrases!
