Chapter 11 Ice Cold Part 2
So now what?
I'm on his shoulders but we aren't doing anything. Everyone is just still, looking at me and Alexander.
"What?" I ask as all of their face expressions show amusement. "They can't stare?" Alexander said as he looked up at me, tilting his head backwards. "Woah, don't go that," I said as I moved his head forward. "You almost made me fall."
"Sorry." He said as he moved over, next to Dylan.
"Okay," Bethany said as I turned over to look at her. "So do we just drop each other now?" She continued.
"Yes!" Michael shouted as he hurried over to us and Brandy with her hands out. Oh no. I feel like I'm gonna be the first one down.
"Get her!" Dylan shouted as he threw himself towards Michael so Bethany can drop down Brandy.
Brandy squealed as she pushed Bethany. I know this is a game but no one puts hands on my best friend. I love you Brandy but you're going down.
Alexander then twirled and made it seem like I bumped into Brandy so she can push me back, but little does he know he made me drop her. Yay!
Once Brandy was down, I realized it was me verses Beth. Ouch. I don't want to push my best friend but-
"Die! Die Amber! Die!" Bethany shouted in a five year old voice as she pushed me softly. Oh it's on! "I love you!" I shouted as I grabbed Bethany's arm and pulled her forward. Wrong move Amber.
She fell right on top of Alexander which means . . . yes, I go down too.
"Aah!" I screamed as I fell backwards. The water hurts.
I then felt arms pulling me up. "You good?" Alex asked as he smiled and moved my hair back. "Yeah." I said as I swam over to Bethany.
"Sorry." I said as I smiled. "I had to do it."
"It's okay." She said as she smiled and swung her arms over my head and to the back of my head.

🔮 Alexander's POV 🔮
"Too much light in this window, don't wake me up."
I heard from my little sister's room. Carla? Since when did you get an alarm?
Her alarm was Don't Wake Me Up by Chris Brown. Weirdo.
The good thing was that she stopped it before it can go on for long. I've been awake for ten minutes, but it wasn't because of Carla. I've been thinking a lot about Amberly. I miss her. . . even though I saw her yesterday. That's not the point! I miss her, being my girlfriend. It's weird seeing her, talking to her, when we both know I did her wrong. What a fool I can be.
I shook my head to clear the thoughts climbing up inside. I groaned loudly and stretched. I threw my sheets off my legs and climbed out of bed. I headed over to the restroom.
Once I was done, I went to Carla's room to give her a good morning kiss. Oh, but she was wide away.
I walked into her room and she was laying with her legs up, against the wall. She was murmuring a song as she swung her arms around. She was wearing her Frozen pajamas.
