It's been years since I have written this and I have had quite a journey and will get more in depth on spells/change spells/
The third eye should be the last chakra you open. You must heal all of your chakras in order to be safe and to fee comfortable with opening your third eye. You must learn to open and close your chakras when needed. I follow guided meditation on YouTube. And I have a book explaining each chakra. I will add a chapter for each one
