she knew her husband.she knew that motherfucker well but she didn't quite know he had the audacity to be shady as hell.as lindsey made frank a big bowl of chicken noodle soup with a pack of crackers on the side and some fresh coffee, she wondered what the in the ever loving fuck was her gerard way hiding.she knew him and right now she was doubting if she really did.

ray and lindsey were visiting Frank again with hopes of  getting him out of bed an to the nearest hospital at the very least.frank was living off cheap ramen an instant coffee at the moment as much as he hated both those things but he really couldn't do much but stay in his warm bed and wrapped around one of his favorite quilts.

"frankie, get up."lindsey softly ordered and shared a concerning glance with ray who was bitting at his nails as he stared at his sick friend,"i got ya some real food."

she teasingly opened the container of the delicious soup and the smell filled frank's small apartment.the black haired boy opened one eye and found his friends huddling over him with hopeful smiles to which he smiled back, feeling a warm sensation again.he liked that feeling and not the cold one he got when he thought of  gerard way.

frank weakly thanked lindsey as she placed the bowl of hot soup upon his lap,"oh man, haven't had real food to eat since i got sick.thanks for this, really."

"no problem at all, frankie.and hey! gerard is finally is coming to his senses and.told lindsey hat he came around, even gave you a call."ray's grin grew ten times its size.

lindsey nodded as she chewed on some of the crackers that were meant for frank,"yea,he told me the other day he came by but you weren't here and you didn't answer your phone."

fank looked at them both with confused and sleep deprived eyes,"h-he told you that?"

"uhm,yea...why?"

"I haven't left my apartment in a week and my phone is always around me,"frank said slowly and both of his friends sighed deeply because they knew what had happened here and that was that gerard fucking way had double crossed them yet again.

frank even gave him his phone and told them to check his call logs and his messages, which lindsey and ray found totally unnecessary; but frank wanted them to know that,at the very least, unlike gerard,he wouldn't ever lie to them.

he finished his soup and crackers and wiped his mouth off with a cough,"i can't get up from this bed and all i do is watch 'i love you philip morris' on netflix."

his friends laughed at that and he even suggested they watched it together to which they agreed and frank did his best to setup the tv for once so they could watch it there.

"but what about-"

"gerard? oh fuck him, lindsey,no offense.but damn,he lies about coming here and calling - i wonder what he does with the letters i send,"frank paused to cough once more and lindsey's eyes grew twenty times their proper size

"you send him letters, too?"ray asked with a apologetic smile as he and lindsey chose a spot and a quilt on frank's bed.

"yea.never get one back though,of course."frank answered as he placed the empty soup bowl upon his bedside table

lindsey rose her eyebrows,"that's weird, like, gee gets the mail but it's mostly junk mail or game informer shit."

"probably burns them in the fire place or something before you get home,"frank joked as he blew his nose and disposed of the tissue, lindsey way's mind going one hundred miles per hour in thought.

"anyways, uhm, let's just watch this and forget him, okay? i'll get a popcorn goin'."frank suggested and both his friends nodded in agreement.the popcorn was soon ready and they began watching the movie, already laughing at jim carey's wit.but that still didn't stop lindsey's mind to race in thought as the movie progressed.
