Chapter six Plots and Pansy potions peril

Draco's P.O.V

I watched Astoria retreat down the hall and sighed at my bad luck, I had basically given her a piece of my soul and inner thoughts and she ran. Does she really believe I would leave her over something as insignificant as blood purity? I wish there was some way to make her see that I'm in it for the long road, that's it I have made up my mind if she doesn't tell me by Christmas, I will inform her I know about her secret and then hopefully snog her senseless. I turn my eyes to Parkinson who happens to be getting closer all the time so I do the thing any sane person would I yell, "Professor Snape Parkinson is about to assault me!"

He raises a black eyebrow and the whole room goes quiet and then he says, "Miss Parkinson return to your dorm and behave like a young lady not an animal in heat" She stood from the table and stormed out in a whirlwind of curses that no respectable young woman would say. I rolled my eyes and swaggered over to Blaise who was currently sending dirty jokes back and forth with Neveah and when I tapped his shoulder he spun around and said, "Your cousin and I are totally not planning to sneak off and shag in Professor Snape's potion closet" It took me a minute to process this, the fact that he said something like that out loud proved he was braver then he looked but my cousin was a big girl who could do what she wanted with her life so I decided not to question it. Instead I opted to pursue a more pressing matter.

My tone was smooth as I said, "Mate I need your help with a plan I've been working on" He looked me dead in the eyes and said, "Nope" My tone was astonished as I said, "Excuse me I haven't even told you the plan yet how can you say no?" He cocked an eyebrow and said in a knowing tone, "You are planning to murder Krum which would result in us getting locked in Azkaban and I have had enough encounters with Dementors to last a life time thank you very much." Wow he is pretty perceptive maybe he's not as dumb as I think he is. He got a little twitch by his eye and said, "Just because I state the obviousness doesn't mean I'm stupid" He is perceptive its almost creepy how good he is. Astoria walked back in and I took my previous seat next to her and she said, "Have they announced the rules yet?"

I shook my head and said, "No I think their just getting ready to start" Dumbledore explained the rules of the tournament and it basically boiled down to, you have to be seventeen to enter restrictions apply. I looked around the room and saw that Neveah and Blaise were missing. I also noticed Astoria was having a bit of trouble with her ice cream sundae there was a big thing of vanilla ice cream stuck on the utensil and you think she would handle it the way a normal person would but no. She was sucking on the spoon with her eyes closed and it looked as if she was in paradise, think clean thoughts clean thoughts don't look and you'll be fine. She finally placed her hand on my cheek and then trailed her fingers down my neck hitting several sensitive spots it was just a light ghosting of a touch but it was enough to send electrical currents running through me. I felt the sudden need to pin her to the table and just go wild but I held myself back I can't ever do anything to hurt her and all the Professors would be in shock. She finally says "Are you alright love" What I wanted to say, "No!! You infuriatingly beautiful woman I am not alright in the least, my hormones are telling me to toss you on the table and shag you senseless!!!" This is what I actually said, "I'm alright love don't worry about me and wait a minute did you just call me love?" She flushed and I got my answer when she stood from the table and dashed out. Oh that little cute bunny rabbit wasn't getting away this time, I was in close pursuit.

She made it all the way back to the common room before I caught her and the sight waiting for us was most certianly surprising, Neveah and Blaise were currently making out on the sofa like there was no tomorrow and his hand was up her shirt. They only meet today how is this possible? Astoria must have seen my questioning look because she said in a matter of fact way, "Its Blaise I have stopped being shocked now I simply say Blaise and that fixes the problem faster." I simply nodded and turned my head back to the train wreck on the couch, were they going to stop anytime soon? I finally had enough and said, "Alright that's enough for one night get your butt back to the Ravenclaw common room little missy" That didn't affect them either so I said, "Stand back love"
