Frisk POV
I awake in a small, blue room. A blanket covers my unusually small body, and tubes are hanging out of the side. I lift the blanket up, and see all the tubes in my arms and legs. Did A do this?
My vision is still blurry, so I try not to move too much, but call for someone instead. "S-Sans? Alphys? Toriel? Anyone?"
The sound of small shuffling feet is brought to my attention, then suddenly the door swings open and A rushes in.
"Frisk? You're awake! Water... Do you need water? Food?" She seems flustered. I'm not that ill am I? Wait, what even happened?
"A, what happened?" I ask. "Oh, right answers first." She states, almost like I'm some kind of intensive care patient.
"You lost so much blood, from the... Thing... you did." "Thing?" I ask.
"You know... Frisk, do you really not remember?" A asks. I reply with a simple "no"
"Frisk, you couldn't deal with the fact Kai was missing. You slit your wrists. Frisk-
"Kai!" I shout quickly. "Oh, god. Has anyone found her yet? Oh my, I'm the worst mother ever." I mumble more words along that line.
"I think I should tell Sans you're awake." She walks awkwardly out of the room.
That isn't right. If Kai was still missing, she would say we were still looking. Maybe Kai isn't missing? Maybe she wants Sans in here now as Sans has Kai! I'm going to see my baby girl, alive and happy! Oh, I can't wait!
I'm getting excited, shaking in my bed from pure happiness. Sans walks in solemnly, with no Kai.
"Sans, cmon wheres Kai?" I ask smiling. He shakes his head. "What do you mean? Sans?" My smile falters. "Sans?!" He just stands there, and mumbles two little words.
"I'm sorry."
