When Taekwoon is released from the hospital..
Taekwoon's POV
"Now Taekwoon, be careful alright? And if you remember anything, let me know." Dr. Lee instructed me."Yes, yes, Dr. Lee. Can we go now?" I impatiently asked.
Today was a great day, not only because I was finally getting out of that hospital, but because I'd be spending more time with Wonshik now.
"Of course. And Wonshik?"
"Yes Dr. Lee?" He answered.
"Make sure you take care of him."
"I will never leave his side."
Then, we left the hospital. He was pushing me on my black wheelchair, towards the parking lot. Does he have a car?
"Wonshik? Are we taking your car?"
"Of course silly! Why would we be going home just like this?" He laughed.
Then we finally got to the car. It was a nice, bright red car, with beautiful windows and wheels.
"That's your car?!?"
"Y-yeah?" He shyly said. "You like it?"
"ITS GREAT!!! GAHH!!!!" I somewhat fangirlled in my wheelchair.
"Good, good. Now, let's get you inside." He pushed me to the passenger side and opened the door.
Since I can still kind of walk, just not really properly, I hurriedly got into the car, with the assistance of Wonshik. Then he closed the door, put my wheelchair in the back, and came over to the driver's side. He put the keys in and began driving to wherever the hell we lived.
"Wonshik?"
"Hmm?" He said while still focussing on the road.
"When we get home..."
"Yes I'll tell you the story."
"No. It's not that... Before we go home, can we go and pick up a new phone for me? Please???" I gave him puppy dog eyes and begged, like a little child.
"Alright baby Taekwoon, do you want some ice cream after? Wait, or coffee instead?"
How did he know I love coffee?
"Yes please!!!" He continued driving and reached some kind of phone store. Then he entered the parking lot, wait. Dr. Lee gave me something to put on the car! "Wonshik wait!"
"Yes Taekwoon?" He said patiently.
"I have something for the car." I put on some kind of paper, which allows the car I'm in to park in the convenient parking, or well, handicapped.
"Ah right... So shall we?" I nodded and he went out of the car, and brought my wheelchair to my side. I got in it, and he started pushing me to the store. "So Taekwoon, any specific phone you're looking for, or just the same model as the one you have?"
"Just the same..." Then Wonshik went over to talk to someone and asked about my phone.
Then he came over to me once more and asked me, "Do you just want them to transfer everything onto the new phone?"
"Sure!!" I excitedly said.
He brought my broken phone over to them and then they took in into the back of their store, so they could probably work or transfer the things on it.
"They said it'll be done by tomorrow." He told me.
"Alright, can we go for coffee now?"
"Yes yes... It's just across the street. I'll push you there."
"No no, Wonshik! I don't want you to do all that for me. I'm just a burden now, aren't I?"
He stopped talking and had a blank face. Then he started laughing and told me, "You're never a burden to me, but if that's how you feel, I'll drive there instead."
"Thank you." We went back to the car and he did what he does now: help me in, put my wheelchair away, and hop in the driver's seat. A few seconds later, we got to the coffee place. He parked the car, opened the windows and got out. He even locked the doors! Why wasn't he taking me with him?
Minutes later, he came back with a couple of drinks; a latte for me and just some water for him. "There you are!" He handed me my coffee, "Let's go home now!" Then he started driving on the road again.
"Wonshik? How did you know I like lattes?"
"You'll see..."
And we kept driving, and driving, until eventually, he FINALLY played some music. I mean, I didn't want to be rude or anything, asking to play music, but then again, meh.
"What song is this? It sounds really nice!!!"
"You really don't know it?" He said, kind of disappointed.
"S-sorry, no..."
"Alright... It's okay. It's called depend on me, because well, I just want you to know, you can always depends on me."
"Yes, yes, Wonshik... Hurry and get home though! Do we have any popcorn?"
"Yes we do Taekwoon, don't worry. I won't forget story-time."
"Okay..." I smiled, then I looked out the window.
This song really is beautiful and has a sweet message... And yes, Wonshik? I know, you'll always be there for me, I can depend on you.
"... Depend on me unconditionally, it's all as planned. Untying or cutting the string that entwined us, is up to me. Depend on me completely with innocent eyes, you just need to keep loving me..."
