Chapter 15

After eating and all that nonsense we all went back to my place. We all hung out in the living room just watching tv. It wasn't the funnest thing ever.  Cam and I were cuddled up on the couch while Sabrina and Jacob were on the floor. Seeing them together still gave me a sick feeling. They weren't meant to be..  I was still pretty hungry so I made some bagel bites. I close my eyes and relax against the kitchen counter. I wish I was still in bed right now. My alone time was interrupted when Sabrina walked into the kitchen.

"hey" I could tell she was nervous by the way her words shaked. I gave her a little smile, but no response. I'm pretty sure the smile is enough for her. I can't still be mad at her. "So I was wondering if you want to go shopping tomorrow with Janis and I?" I itch my arm nervously know. I could go and make mends with my old friends or I could stay inside all day and have no friends. 

"Okay, that sounds fun what time?"

"Uh near like 3" that's a decent time, I can sleep in and still get ready at a good time. I nod my head and check on my food. It looks done. I am not a food sharer so I kept my plate to myself. Cameron took one, but that's all I allowed. 

It was getting really dark out so everyone decided to leave. I passed out right when I hit the sheets.

Jacob's Pov

I drove Sabrina home first. The car ride with Cameron was quiet. It's usually never quiet. "What's on your mind?" I glance over at him, he had his eyes on the road the whole time.

" I uh, I kissed Lauren" my heart sank a little bit inside, I don't know why, she isn't my girlfriend or anything. " I think I love her Jacob" Cams voice was soft and kind, like I've never heard before. He can't be in love with her. I love Lauren, not Cameron..

"That's great buddy! I was waiting for you guys to become a thing" I force a smile,

" Thanks Jacob, she's so great" he sighs as I pull into his driveway. Once he got out I immediately drove off. I can't believe he would do this to me, doesn't everybody know that I am madly in love with Lauren Matthews.  I guess not. My fist banged against my steering wheel. I wish I could go back in time to the night I sat out with Sabrina, we should've never became a couple.
