"You have a problem."
You crossed your arms across your chest, shaking your head slightly at your fiancé. Although you had been dating for a few years and had been engaged for quite a while also, you'd never taken the step to live with each other. You assumed that you knew everything you needed to know about Clint, and everything about his annoying habits that would cause you to attempt his murder.
However when he was living in the Avengers Towers you hadn't realised how much stuff he owned as it was hidden across the huge building.
But now that you were moving into a small suburban house, it was very clear. It wasn't as though you didn't have a lot of stuff, but at first you didn't realise why he had suggested you get a spare room but now it was clear. You thought it was in case you had children, or someone visited or even as an office space.
That wasn't true.
Once he moved in his stuff, you realised the true purpose- arrow storage. When he joked that he had an arrow for everything, you didn't realise that it was completely honest and he owned more arrows than he could ever possibly need.
"It's only a few arrows love, don't worry about it," he shrugged leaning against the door frame.
"A few? A few?" You squeaked, "A few doesn't describe being able to take a full quiver of different arrows for at least two years. Why do you even have so many?"
He let out a laugh. "It's my job. I need a lot of arrows."
Your eyes widened as you looked around at the different arrows. Each separate crate of arrows was labelled with their purposes. Why did he even need most of these?
"Pizza arrows? Boomerang arrows? Why do you need these?" You exclaimed.
You held one of each of those types of arrows in your hands, looking completely baffled at both of the mysterious concepts.
He stomped over to you taking the two arrows, holding them protectively.
"Why wouldn't I need these?" He said as if the question had an extremely obvious answer.
It didn't.
"Why am I marrying you?" You asked in the same tone.
"Because you love me," he grinned placing the arrows back into their place, treating it as though he was tucking children into bed.
Turning back to you, he tapped your nose, resulting in you continuing glaring at the man you were going to be marrying soon.
"I genuinely question whether you love me more than you love your arrows," you frowned.
"That is a question you may not like the answer to, so let's not delve into that," he hesitantly stated beginning to lead you out of the room, closing the door lightly, as though he didn't want to disturb the arrows. However that wasn't as weird as it seemed as you knew that some of the arrows were explosive.
"When Natasha said you had an arrow problem, I thought she was being dramatic," you sighed.
"I don't have a problem," he muttered.
You rolled your eyes as he wrapped his arms around you giving you a side hug.
