Ingredients:

1 C soy milk
1 t Apple cider vinegar

3/4 C sugar
1/3 C oil
1 t vanilla
1/2 t almond extract

1 C flour
1/3 C coco pwd
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t baking pwd
1/4 t salt







Make it:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Full cupcake pan(s) with liners.

Mix the soy milk and Apple cider vinegar. Let sit 5-10 minutes.

Add the sugar, oil, vanilla, and almond extract.

Mix the flour, coco pwd, baking soda, baking pwd, and salt. Add to liquids.

Fill baking cups 2/3 full and bake 18-20 minutes.

Let cool completely before adding frosting.
