CARROTS AND CELERY

This picture is not what the salad looks like.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb carrots
1/2 lb celery

1 t salt

1 T sugar
2 T seamen oil
2 T soy sauce
2 t rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced








Make it:

Cut carrots and celery into thin pieces, about matchstick length, like in the picture.

Soak veggies in salt for 10-60 minutes and rinse.

Mix all the other ingredients together and toss with veggies. Marinate for several hours.
