Ingredients:
1 1/4 C flour
1 C sugar
1/3 C coco pwd
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt1 C warm water
1 t vanilla
1/3 C oil
1 t vinegar1 bag vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Make it:
Mix the flour, sugar, coco pwd, baking soda, and salt together.
Mix the water, vanilla, oil, and vinegar together. Add to the dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in an 8x8 pan.
Cool completely on rack.
