When Coulson was little he was alone. His dad died when he was only 8 years old. His mom had to work two jobs and couldn't be there a lot. As Coulson got older he learned about Captain America and Agent Carter. He looked up to Captain America as a father figure and he would pretend that him, Captain America and Coulson's imaginary younger brother would go on adventures. In high school Coulson learned all he could about S.H.E.I.L.D and bought his first few vintage Captain America cards. In college he got recruited for S.H.E.I.L.D.
The day they found Captain America in the ice, Coulson was very happy. He would sit next to the bed where Captain was asleep. The night before Cap woke up, Coulson sat there waiting.
" I hope you wake up. Thank you, Captain for being there. You got me through some bad times. " Coulson whispered to the sleeping captain. He left and the next day Cap woke up.
Okay this one wasn't as good, but this was on my mind. Well until again fan people of Earth or are we?
