WARNING SPOILERS!!!
8 months after Hazel told Gus's grave that she was pregnant, she was in labor. She was rushed to the hospital. Hazel's mom took Hazel to the hospital. Hazel didn't want to know the gender of the baby, until the birth. The doctor told Hazel that instead of one baby she was going to have two.
After 9 minutes Hazel had a baby boy and a girl. The boy had died after he was born and so did the girl. Hazel got to hold the babies before they died in her arms. Hazel named the girl Anna and the boy Augustus after his Daddy.
" Hi Anna and Gus. I'm your mommy. Your Daddy is in a good place where you two will be going. One day I'll go with you too." Hazel whispers to them. A tear runs down her cheek.
Having the twins put to much stress on Hazel's body. Hazel went to sleep that night and died in her sleep. She got to see her love and the other ones who share her love. When she saw the father of her children's face she smiled.
Gus smiled and said " Okay."
