I quickly ran to my room and called the ambulance. I thought that's the best thing I could do. And it was indeed. Totally freaking out I told them what just happened. It was the worst night of my whole life.

They said I should stay at home so I did. Of course the last thing I could do was sleeping so I texted with my twitter friends about what just happened. They cared about me. Not like the people from school. I didn't know them but they made me happier than anybody else tho.

I fell asleep while texting and woke up because my phone rang. Cara called me. She was a classmate but she wasn't one of them who called me names. She always was the shy one in class. I think I talked to her like 2 times or something before.

Well, so I took the call and she said anxiously 'Oh god Paula, I saw the ambulance in front of your house. What the hell happened?'

I was really wondered that she actually called me but it was a nice feeling to know that a girl from my school actually cared about me. I said 'Hey! Well, my dad was kinda unconscious. But he's better now. I'll visit him at the hospital tomorrow.'

Cara was like 'Oh okay, tell me afterwards if everything's ok. You know if you need someone to talk... I have to go. Mom's calling. Bye.'

I said goodbye too but why did she talk with me like a friend? Soon I knew it... And was really her mom calling or was that just a lie?

On the next day I sat next to my dad in the hospital room. He looked still a bit poor but I was glad to see him feeling better. He took my hand and said that he's really happy that I was there and that I acted so exemplarily.

But I just had one thought in my mind. Why did he even drink that much? So I asked him and all he said was 'Just give me some time, sweetie.' He knew that I wasn't happy with that answer and I knew that I probably should really give him some time.
