After 5 hours, Marinette prepared herself for her date with Chat Noir. She put something warm, because they were going out, at night, so it would be cold.
It was 7 o'clock and the sun was already sleeping, behind the horizon. Only the moon could be seen, it was a crecent moon. When Marinette was little, she used to call it the Croissant moon, because it looks like a croissant. She was wondering about her childhood, leaning on the railing, eyes closed. She could feel the cold wind, moving her pigtails and making her tremble a little. She could hear the air, it was like a melody, a harmonic melody. She was so concentrated in this thoughts, she didn't listen to a stray cat, landing on the floor, quietly.
Chat hoped that she would be startled or something, but she wasn't. He realized that she was with her eyes closed, like in a trance. He walked closer to Marinette, careful not to scare her. He was just behind her, so close, that he could smell her hair. It smelled like bread, just out from the oven, and like berries, blueberries and raspberries specifically. Every smell was clear to him, thanks to his cat nose. He put his hands on her eyes, and he noticed how she jumped of fear. She felt the gloved hands and relaxed, she touched them and quickly guessed who was behind her.
"Chat Noir?" she said, blindfolded. "Ugh, how did you guess?" Chat cried, removing his hands from her eyes.
"It was easy enough, you have gloves" Marinette explained, turning around.
"Riiiight, so... is my Princess ready?" Chat flirted, extending his hand to her, bowing."Of course she is, she was waiting for you, kitty" she said, taking his hand. He pulled her to his chest and grabbed her waist. "Umm... what are you doing?" Marinette asked, flustered by Chat's actions.
"I am preparing to jump, just... hold on tight" Chat answered.
He extended his stick and Marinette grabbed as strong as she could and closed her eyes. She did this before; jump from rooftop to rooftop. But she was never carried, by Chat Noir, as Marinette. She was scared, but why was she scared? She trusted Chat right? Yes, she trusted him. She slowly opened her eyes and gasped, Chat noticed this.
He saw that she was... surprised? She didn't look scared, and she wasn't. Somehow she was surprised. Chat didn't know why, or what made her gasp like that. He asked her, without a doubt.
"Something wrong, Princess? You look scared" he said, jumping and keeping his eyes on the way.
"Me, scared? In your dreams! I am just... surprised" she answered, holding her view down, watching the floor. Why was she surprised? Because everything seemed different as how she saw it every time she used her yo-yo to move around the city. Those times, she only saw it like an experience, she didn't really care about the scenery. But when she opened her eyes and saw the city, it looked different; it looked more beautiful. That was surprising for her.
"Surprised? Why?" Chat asked, proud because he guessed how she was feeling. "I... I don't really know. I just feel like that" Marinette answered, and noticed that Chat wasn't satisfied with this response. But they arrived to the Eiffel Tower.

After a small, but romantic dinner they had, they sat on the corner. Marinette started to shake; she was cold. She didn't want to make Chat worry about her, but she couldn't help it. Even if she was covered, Chat quickly noticed that she was cold and got closer to her. He wrapped his arm around her back, looking to the other side. He brought her closer to him, both of them blushed; and they stayed like this. Marinette stayed in silence, and Chat Noir had to be the to break the ice.
"Better?" Chat asked, finally looking at her. Marinette's head was leaning on his shoulder, and he blushed when he noticed it. Her beautiful blue bell eyes, and her jet black hair, he was falling in love with her, but Chat didn't know it... yet.
Marinette looked at him and smiled "Yeah, thanks" she answered, keeping her eyes locked onto his. She never really realized how beautiful they were, those emerald cat-like eyes, and his hair; it looked so soft and silky. She wanted to touch it so badly, and so she did.
She started to scratch his head, and she saw how his cat ears went down, then he started to purr. She stopped, and laughed. His cheeks were as red as a tomato."Chat... did... did you purr? Pffft" she said, trying to contain her laughter. "I-I don't know how it happened, 'kay?" Chat answered, grabbing his throat and still flustered as a red tomato.
"It was cute though" Marinette said, thinking outloud, and Chat heard it. He looked at her with widened eyes, and blushed even more, if possible. She said he was cute! Well, not him; his purring, but still. "It's ge-getting late, we should head back" Chat stammered. Marinette answered with an 'Ok'.

Once again in Mari's bedroom, Chat was greeted in. Marinette put on pajamas in her bathroom and climbed to her bed. Chat snuggled her, and gave her a kiss on the cheek, which made her blush.
"Goodnight Princess" Chat said, walking backwards to the balcony door.
"Good..." yawn "Goodnight Chat" Marinette said, almost murmured, and she closed her eyes. Chat went away.
###
Chat arrived to his house and detransformed. He gave Plagg a big piece of Camembert and laid on his bed.
"Plagg?" Adrien called his Kwami. "Yeah?" Plagg answered.
"I think I love Marinette"
