Chapter 6

Lausyn's POV
I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock. Ugh. I have freaking school. I get up and get in a shower and do my normal routine. I get out, blow dry my hair, straighten it, and put on makeup.  brush my teeth and I put on some clothes(in the media). I grab my phone and walk downstairs. "Hey honey" my mom said as I walked into the kitchen. "Hey mom" I said smiling, sitting down at the bar. "Hey sweetheart. Would you like some breakfast?" She asked smiling, opening the fridge. "No thanks. I'll just have an apple." I said grabbing an apple from the basket on the counter. "Bye mom" I said walking out the house. "Bye sweetie!" My mom yelled with a little wave. I grab my penny board from the garage and ride to school. Once I get to school, I walk upstairs to my locker. I set my board in the bottom of my locker and grab my books for my class and I walk to my class. Gabby doesn't go to this school anymore so I don't know anyone.I sat down in a desk and while everyone else talked or ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. While everyone was doing what they wanted, I doodled in my notebook. The teacher walked in and everyone ran to their desks. "Good Morning students! Today we have a new student with us today!" She said grabbing the new boy shoulders. I look up from my doodling to see someone unexpected. Jonas. "This is Jonas Bridges." She said smiling. "Would you like to pick someone to help you around today?" She asked him. His eyes scanned the room and our eyes locked. He immediately smiled and I smiled back. He walked over to me and sat in the desk behind me. "Why her? She's an idiot." Hunter, the school bully, said smirking. I looked down in shame. "She's not an idiot. If anyone's an idiot, it would have to be you." Jonas responded smirking. "Oh"s and "oooo"s filled the room. Hunter looked around angrily. "Alright settle down class! Let's get to Math!" The teacher yelled.
*Skips to Lunch*
Jonas and I walk into the cafeteria. "Go get your lunch and I'll save us a seat." I told him and he nodded, walking off to the hot lunch line. I found an empty table and sat down. "Excuse me?!" A voice said from behind me but before I could turn around to see who it was, I was pushed to the ground. I landed with a thud, as my palms smacked the hard floor. I look up to see Hunter and his "posse". "This is our table!" He yelled. "Did you know that!?" He asked yelling. "Y-yes" I chocked out. "Then why the heck did you sit your little butt down in my seat?!" He yelled. "I-i don't k-know" I chocked out again, backing up till I couldn't anymore. He walked closer towards me and pinned me up against the wall. My breath hitched in the back of my throat. "Listen here Missy! Don't you ever set one finger on my stuff! Got it?!" He yelled in my face. "Y-yes" I whispered. "I'm sorry! I didn't hear you!" He yelled, grabbing my hair and yanking it upwards. "Ye-" I said being cut off by a voice yelling from behind us "leave her alone!" Hunter turned his head and saw who said it but I couldn't see who it was. Hunter turned back around and placed his lips on mine and grabbed my butt. I screamed against his lips and pushed him off. I ran into a the person who told Hunter to leave me alone's arms. I didn't care who it was, as long as I was safe with this person. He wrapped his arms around my body and squeezed me closer to him. I looked up to see Jonas and he smiled at me as I did it back. "Don't touch my girl!" Hunter yelled, yanking me from his grip. "She's not your girl!" Jonas yelled, yanking me from Hunter's grip. Geez. I'm not a doll. Hunter smirked. "If your little friend wouldn't have come to your rescue, you would have been hurt." He whispered in my ear. "Let's go" Jonas whispered into my ear and started backing away. I held up one finger towards him, signaling to wait for one minute. I walked over to Hunter and punched in the nose and then kicked him in the "no no zone". "I'll get you for this Lausyn! Don't think I won't hit a girl!" He yelled, laying in ball on the ground. I ran into Jonas' arms and he kissed the top of my head. "Great job!" He whispered only so I could hear him. I smiled up at him while he smiled back at me. We walked out of the lunch while the teachers took care of Hunter. Although, I may get in trouble for punching him in the nose and kicking him in the no no zone. Oh whale.
Update! Sorry I haven't done that in awhile! I was at camp and I was super busy getting ready for school! Ugh. I hate/love school! It's a complicated relationship. Anyways!
