Jonas' POV of the last chapter. Just a couple days before😊 Enjoy!

Jonas's POV
It's been a year.. more than a year.. since I last saw Lausyn.

I miss her so much; maybe even too much.

I miss that sweet smile she does after I kiss her. I miss her in my arms. I miss seeing her smile. I miss her. I miss Lausyn.

She's in a Hollywood movie, and I couldn't be more proud. She's an insane actor; she's good at what she does.

I wish things could have been different. I wish I wouldn't have made the stupid mistake of-

"Jonas?" I hear a small voice ask behind me.

I was in my room, on my laptop, looking at old pictures of me and Lausyn.

I quickly shut my laptop and turn around.

I see a brown haired, brown eyed girl that I've been dating for over a year.

Madi.

"Oh hey, Mads." I reply nervously, scratching the back on my neck.

"What were you looking at, babe?" She walks closer to me.

I laugh nervously and grab my laptop off the desk and hold it close to me.

"Nothing, it's nothing. Just a project for school." I blab out.

"Right. Jonas, it's summer." She says angrily.

I mentally face palm. Seriously, Jonas?

"Give it." She says placing her hand in front of me.

I look at her with the 'uh heck to the no' look.

"Jonas, I said give it!" She starts to raise her voice.

"And I said no!" I yell standing up, my face close to hers.

She's taken back and scoffs.

"Whatever Jonas. I don't care about your little love fantasy with your ex. If you want to apologize for your actions, I'll be downstairs." She sneers and turns away. She looks back to see if I'm trying to stop her, but I don't. And that made her madder than before.

She leaves the room, slamming the door.

I let out a shaky breath and turn back around in my spiny chair.

I place my laptop back on the desk and open it.

I let out a sigh of sadness and frustration from looking at a specific picture.

It was Lausyn.

No makeup.

Hair not fixed. Bed hair.

Fresh out of bed.

She looked perfect.

Her eyes still somewhat full of sleepiness, but still super bright.

She hated the picture because one, she didn't have makeup on, and two, she was growing her eyebrows out so she could get them done.

I, on the other hand, LOVED the picture and I told her I would keep it forever.

Even though she begged for me to delete it, I didn't. I didn't want to. She looked perfect and I couldn't throw that away.

The picture was slightly blurry, but it gave it character.

From what I've heard, Lausyn's premiere is in a couple of days

From what I've heard, Lausyn's premiere is in a couple of days.

I really want to surprise her, but I don't think she wants to see me.

I may be wrong, but I have to be cautious.

You never know with Lausyn.

I was interrupted from my thoughts when a yelling of my name comes from downstairs.

I groan and get off my chair.

I walk out of my room and walk downstairs.

Once I reach the living room, I see my mom sitting on the couch with Madi, who happens to have tears streaming down her face.

I mentally scoff.

"Yes?" I say harsher than I wanted.

"Madi, here, told me that you cheated on her!?" My mom says angrily, comforting her.

"Cheated?! I would never." I say and then realize that I cheated on Lausyn.

"You cheated on Lausyn with me!" Madi sobs. She may fool my mom, but I saw right through her little plan.

"You're right; I did. And since you want to bring my past mistakes, I'll bring up you." I say with a smirk.

She scoffs at my words. She stands and stomps over to me.

"You know what, Jonas!? I'm done with you!" She yells in my face and storms out of my house.

She leaves my house with a slam of the door. Drama queen.

"Jonas Robert Bridges!" My mom scolds me.

"Hey, she deserved it!"

My mom shakes her head.

"So what do you say, let's go to L.A.?" I play with my mom.

"Sure."

I pause.

"What?"

"You have to go to L.A. anyway for the Teen Choice Awards." She tells me.

"Oh okay. Imma go pack." I say and walk upstairs.

I hear her laugh.

"What?"

"It's just funny how spontaneous your life is." She laughs, and I smile.

"Yeah, I guess it is."

"Get your booty upstairs and pack, boy." She says with a smile.

I laugh lightly and continue up the steps.

L.A., here I come!
