THE ONE

chapter three

FEW weeks later

Its been four weeks since the family dinner.i had started working at the hospital in washington D.C it was a really big hospital.anna had already started working at the company too .

I was in the doctors room of mercy hospital resting ,i had an hour break ,i was really tired because i had a double shift .the door opened and came in linda my co worker ,she had the tired look on her face she drooped on the vacant space on the sofa making us to bounce

"oh fer ,gosh i am worn out " she said to me with her eyes closed ,she place her head on the arm of the chair . i knew the feeling because i was tired too ,but not as much because i had rested a little bit.

,oh i know ,my break is ending soon "i told her as i looked at my watch that was reading 2:50 now ,i sighed and started arranging my stuff into my bag ,i kept it in the locker bidding linda who was dozing off goodbye i exited the room ,

Going through the hall to the ER my unit ,i heard the siren of the paramedic van and i looked to see nurses rushing through the door with the roller , i was immediately on alert and rushed towards the room that they were bringing the patient into ,it was a a male . he was placed on the bed as the nurses rushed to bring him a file he was a bit stable because of the first aid he had , the paramedic handed over his case to me telling me was involve in a car accident and that his case was not serious but he lost a lot of blood .

I got to work immediately , he had not serious cut guess it was just a minor accident , he was asleep when i was done due to the sleeping drugs and analgesic that was given to him.

My shift was almost over now ,i went to the doctors room to change my scrub to my normal outfit ,getting there nobody was there so i quickly did what i wanted to do and left the room

to the packing lot .

It was evening already ,the sun had gone down already .tomorrw was my off day which i was happy for ,anna wanted me to hang out with her since we barely see each other these days .

She is busy am busy and that how it has been for the past few weeks

I got into my car and drove off to the house .

After having dinner with my parents and chatting a little inn the living room with them i retired to my bed room taking a ice warm bath to relived my stress i got dress in a soft white nightie and settled into bed

As soon as my head touch the pillow i was off.

I felt something bouncing on my bed and it was really a heavy thing ,before i could open my eyes to see what it was i was hit with a pillow on my head ,this actually made me jolt up from the bed ready to kill whoever did that wicked deed .

I came to face my sister who was looking at me with a stupid smirk on her face which was quickly removed when i think she saw the evil glared i was shooting to her .she was now slowly backing away from my bed ,but oh no am not letting her get away

I raced after her since she burst into a full run she was screaming her head off now when she realised i was after her

I laughed at this because she was been dramatic , if she had not disturb my morning sleep the she would have been free from my coming wrath

I tackled her to the ground of her bed room she had her back to the floor and i was straddling her

Without warning began tickling her she was turning red from the uncontrollable laugh she was having now

" oh ha ha ha ..... stop please eee ...ha hah hha" she tried through her laugh .i stopped and sat on the floor

" next time do not disturb my sleep ok" i told her with a warning look .i was breathing hard now ,i got up from the floor to sit on her bed ,she got up too,

" aww fer you are mean ,very mean i only wanted you to wake up because i was excited about our outing today" she informed me ,she walked over to join me on the bed .

" oh i know but i was really enjoying the sleep and i was having a really good dream " i told her , she turned her attention away from her phone to me now

"come on was it about a guy ,tell me " she urged wiggling her eyebrow at me .oh same old anna she is never going to change ,always thinking everything has to do with men

I shook my head no " nope not a about a guy ,just life" she frowned at this before turning back to her phone

" you are really boring sometimes " she said giggling at her phone .i looked at her confusedly now ,she giggled again to her phone now that had my full attention i snatched the phone phone he hand

" aaa give that back now fer " she tried taking the phone from my hand but i was jumping high on the bed now .she succeeded in taking the phone from me before i could look at it, she sat back on the bed i followed her.

" why are you giggling at your phone come on anna spill" i wanted to hear what making her giggling ,fine call me the nosy type but sometime i could not help it ,we a very close and so there is no secret between us

" its frank messaging me " she told me still typing on her phone

I was confuse because i didn't know who the hell frank was " ok who is frank " i asked her

" frank is my new boyfriend i like this one because he really understands me and he is a billionaire too " she told me smiling now .wow she must really like him to call him her boyfriend

"wow congrats sis when do i get to meet him " i asked her

" today boo come on we have to get ready " she got up from her bed dragging up from the bed too she pushed me lightly towards the door .i left her room to my room to get ready .i was really excited for the day.

After i had finished in dressing up i went downstairs to eat breakfast ,anna was already there all dress up , i had worn a simple ripped skinny jeans and white tee and had my hair in high tight pony tail .twenty minutes later we were already driving away from home to where anna had planned

Wow its been so long my loving readers ,am sorry fro not updating since i was really busy

But anyways i had really long chapter here today
