I walked with Doctor Swan to the car. "So, what is your profession?" She asked. I sighed. "Well I was mayor, until Robin-" she rolled her eyes. I nudged her playfully. "What?" She said. "Why'd you roll your eyes?" I asked she sighed. "He sounds like an idiot." She laughed. I began to laugh too. "Yeah, that's why we broke up." I said she motioned to my face with her head, being careful not to disturb Henry. "Did he do that to you?" She asked, I lowered my head. "Did he?" I nodded ashamed. "Why?" She asked. I shrugged. "My superpowers might not be perfect, but with you, Regina, I always know when your lying." I frowned. "Superpower?" I asked, trying to change subject. She nodded. "I'll tell you about it after you tell me why." We had reached the car. "Sorry, but next time, maybe?" I laughed. "Nope, I have finished my shift. I am coming." I shook my head. She laughed and did Henry's seatbelt. She got into the passenger seat. I shut the drivers seat door, and put the keys in the ignition. She smiled at me. "So..?" She urged. "It was because I called him the other day, during my appointment with you." I said she furrowed her brows, confused. "He didn't want anything to do with my...You know." She frowned. "You mean your cancer?" She shushed me and motioned to Henry. "Really? You haven't told him?" She shook her head. "How can I tell my son, my only love, that I have basically been given a death sentence?" She nodded. "And he might be taken off me. You'd probably know, I can't live without him." She smiled. "There you go telling the truth again, was that so hard?" I shook my head. "You shouldn't have to live like this, nobody should, but especially not you." She whispered, I pretended not to hear. I reached over and turned the radio on. "Nothings gonna change my love for you, you aught to know by now how much I love you." We both whisper-sang.  She smiled at me. "Will you help me tell him?" I asked she nodded and grabbed my hand. "Thanks, Doctor." She laughed and shook her head. "My shift ended, call me Emma." I smiled and pulled into the driveway. "Thanks, Emma." She smiled and lifted Henry out of the car. She placed Henry on the sofa. She sat on the chair opposite mine. "Do you want a drink?" I offered, she nodded and got up. "I'm helping." She said. I shook my head. "Nope, you're my guest, I'm doing it." She shook her head, "I am helping, or I'm going to do it for you, you choose." I rolled my eyes. "Fine, you can help." I muttered. "Yay!" She shrieked. We went into the kitchen and made coffee. After we sat back in our seats, "So...?" I urge, she furrowed her brows again. "Superpower?" I asked, she laughed. "It isn't that good, but my superpower is a built in lie detector, yeah, kinda dorky I know. Anyway, what would yours be?" She asked, nervously. I frowned. "Screwing things up?" She raised her eyebrows. "Fine, probably, uhm, I don't know..." I trailed off. She smiled. "We'll find you one." We? We? Is this just the royal we? Did she even noticenthat she used we? She probably isn't over thinking this like me. Suddenly, Henry sat up. "Morning, kid." Emma laughed. He looked at me then back at Emma and got excited. "Mommy! Mommy! Emma here! Emma here at home!" I laughed. "I know, Hen." He giggled and looked at the floor, crinkling his nose.
