The Lunch Duel; Jacob VS Andres

"Andres, Lunalights might be good but come on, you know it isnt all about winning." Jacob said as he sat with his food tray, and smiled holding his red deck box, holding his performapals and Odd-eyes deck. He wasn't one for a tournament victory, he just wanted to duel for a good laugh and smile. "YEs it is! Atleast, among us, we need to keep finding good strategies. Even if we don't go to a Tournament, why not test each other?" Andres said eating his pizza as he had his purple deck box by him, Lunalights. He was given a laugh by Jacob and he tapped his deck box, a smirk as Jacob suggested, "Duel me.. we will see who's right. Ok?", followed by a nod and laugh, "I wanted to settle a score with Cesar but i'll do this." he said pulling his deck out and setting it on the semi-empty table in the format of the game, followed by Jacob doing the same with his deck, and a nod, as they drew their 5 cards and tossed a coin, Andres starting them.

"I start!" Andres said checking the cards before showing, "Using the Scale 1 Lualight Wolf adn Scale 5 Lunalight Tiger, I set the Pendulum Scale." Cesar groaned at seeing pendulum cards and watched the cards get set on the table, and andres putting two monster cards down., "Pendulum Shokan! Level 4, Lunalight Blue Cat, Level 2 Black Sheep!" Jacob looked and groaned quietly, before he saw him tap the Lunalight Wolf Pendulum card, "I use Wolf's effect! By banishing the listed materials, I can fusion summon one lunalight monster from my Extra Deck! I banish Lunalight Cat and Sheep! Yugo Shokan! Come, Lunalight, Cat Dancer! I set one card in the back, and end my turn."

"My turn! Draw, I summon the monster, Performapal Longphone Bull", Jacob said looking at the fusion monster to fight against, then mostioned, "I tribute Longphone Bull, to Special summon Performapal Sleight Hand Magician!" Jacob said playing the level 7 monster with ease. He then discarded one card, and motions, "Sleight Hand's effect! Once Per turn, i can discard a card and destroy one face-up card on the field! I destroy Cat Dancer! Now, I attack you directly with my Magician! Thats 2500 Damage to you directlly!" Jacob said as Andrew subtracted to 1500 life points, groaning and looking at his field and sighed as Jacob placed two cards, one face down and one up. "I place one card face down and activate the continuous Magic, Bubble Barrier, sealing my performapals from destruction by battle or effect once per turn. I end now."

"My turn then... Hmm... I summon Lunalight White Rabbit." he said placing the white rabbit clothed girl down, "Now, i can special summon one Lunalight monster from my graveyard, meaning Cat Dancer comes back! Now, since i control two lunalights, i can return two spell cards to your hand! I return Bubble Barrier and that Face-down card!" Andres said to Jacob's clear annoyance and wince of future pain, "NOw, i use Wolf's pendulum effect to fuse Cat Dancer & White Rabbit! Yugo Shokan! Come forth, Level 8, Lunalight Panther Dancer!" Andres said placing the fusion monster down, flipping his facedown back row card, "Reverse card open; Trap Card: Fire Formation Tensen! I target one Beast-Warrior Monster, and it fains 700 attack points until the end of my turn! Also, all Beast-Warriors i control gain an additionsl 300 Attack points! That brings Panther Dancer to 3800! Now, in Main-Phase 1, i use Panther Dancer's effect! Monsters you control aren't destroyed, but i can attack you twice, each monster! Go Panther Dancer!"

Jacob; Performapal Sleight Hand Magician with 2500 ATK, and 1400 LP*

Jacob drew his card and looked as he placed "I summon Performapal Skullcrobat Joker! Activating his effect, upon his summon, one Performapal, Magician, or Odd-eyes monster is added to my hand from my deck. I select, Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn!", he added the cartoon-y Unicorn, a level 1 monster with a pendulum scale 8, and then set the two cards down on his field, the spells probably, just as before; Face down something, and Face-up Bubble Barrier, "I now end my turn.. can't really do much else..."

Andres drew his card and smiled, setting one face down card and ended, simple and strange, as why would such a simple move be done to him. He smiled and motioned to jacob, letting Jacob draw and begin his turn. He motioned with hope, after seeing a chance, "I use scale 6 Lizardraw and Scale 8 Odd-eyes Unicorn to set the Pendulum Scale! Pendulum shokan! Come forth My Beast! Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon! Now, I use odd-eyes to attack, using Odd-eyes Unicorn to raise its attack by one performapal monster's attack points, the 2500 of Sleight hand magician!" Jacob said happily before seeing Andres flip a trap, "Reverse card open, Drowning Mirror Force! All attack position monsters are shuffled to your deck!"

Andres too the deck adn shuffled as Jacob looked down in shame as he saw he had no chance, soon watching Andres start his turn and begin his battle phase, declaring it as a solid win, until Jacob flipped a quick-play magic, Hippo Carnival, bringing 3 tokens to defend him for the 3 turns. He sighed and drew for his turn now... one more chance... Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, ok.. but what else... he had a Dragon of 2500 against the 3100 Panther Dancer that can deal a total of 1200 to him. He'd have to draw a performapal on his next rurn and win that time or he's over.

Andres drew then, looking for a chance to beat Jacob to the ground before any plan to use Odd-Eyes Unicorn would come up. "I activate Continuous Magic Fire Formation Tenki! This card allows my Panther Dancer to gain 100 Attack to 3200! Now, I attack! Using her effect, i can attack all monsters twice each! Its over Jacob! You did good, yes.. " Andres said as jacob watched the math come in... exact defeat... he sighed and shrugged, nodding, "Geez... Good Game Andres, if i drew this card, i'd have won! It was Whip Snake! That'd be game for you haha!" Jacob said bringing his cards back, to a shake of Andres' head, "I'd still win, no matter what. I taught you these new cards, you were using those old cards when i saw you relearning this game. Its my job to teach you tactics to win Jacob. So, i'll always beat you. " Andres said, the mentor of the old vet, as they shook hands and smiled, before returning to their classes.
