Rivalry's end! Arturo VS Yuno! (2 of 2)

"Quick-Play Magic! Rank-up-Magic Raptors Force!" Arturo said as he summoned Raidraptor - Blaze Falcon using the Rank 4 Rise Falcon in his graveyard. "Rank Up, XYZ Change! Arise, Rank 5, Raidraptor - Blaze Falcon!"

Being Yuno's turn end, Arturo drew his card and began his turn proper. "I use Blaze Falcon's effect, to attack you directly!" he said as Blaze Falcon shot up and began a dive bomb path. Yuno looked at his back row, 4 cards but he was unsure if it would work. He looked at the last option and saw a trap card he could use. the Blaze Falcon made a massive explosion on the field as Laura, who was watching with cesar and Francisco beside the ring, looking up at the smoke, "Trap card open!" Yuno shouted as he appeared, covered in dust and a bit of rubble from the solid vision duel field, holding a hand out at the trap card, "Performapal Call! Once a direct attack is declared, i can negate it and bring two performapals to my hand, whose defense equal your blaze falcon's attack!" Yuno took the two cards he selected and showed, "I select Parratrio and Gongato!" he said holign his new hand now. "Impressive... i end my turn then."

Now, Yuno needed a bone, he had to have a good draw otherwise he'd be out of luck. He drew and hoped something good would come from it. Drawing he smiled and held his 3 cards in his hand, and spoke, "Now, i see the truth behind Raidraptors." he siad as arturo looked at the eyes of Yuno, and saw his confidence as he spoke up, "They need the opponent to Special Summon constantly." he said as Arturo, clearly shocked the boy could see through his strategy and why the deck he uses works well agianst him the first time. "So, lets change that. I tribute my two monsters on my field, to advance summon, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!" he said as his level 7 dragon stood beside him.

"Battle!" he said as Arturo saw the dragon roar and began his sprint to find himself an action card. Once Odd-Eyes was leaping into the air and began to shoot his beam, he was caught in the blast, flying down towards Blaze Falcon, but once he hit the ground, Yuno saw the man on one knee with his life going down just 1500 instead of 3000, since odd-eyes doubles battle damage. "Action Magic; Shield! It halves all battle damage i take this turn." he said lowering his duel disk that he used as a shield. His life flashed before Yuno at 1400 to his own 2700.

"I end my turn then.." he said wanting that to end the game now, Arturo rising to his feet and drawing his card. He had a chance yes, "I summon Raidraptor - Last Strix! this monster can be tributed to summon a Raidraptor XYZ monster in defense from my extra deck, but its effects are negated." he said doing just that, summoning Blaze Falcon, but then flashing another Spell card, "I then use the Rank Up Magic - Revolution Force! This Magic targets one Raidraptor XYZ monster i control and summons an XYZ monster Raidraptor with oen rank higher!" he said as Blaze falcon was engulfed in flames and began to morph.

"Prideful falcon. Spread your wings dyed in the blood of heroes! Advance through the path of revolution! Rank-Up Xyz Change! Come forth! Rank 6! Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon!" Arturo chanted as the falcon batted its wings, putting the flames of battle out with a cry. "raidraptor - Ravolution Falcon's Monster effect! Once per turn, if this monster has a Raidraptor as an XYZ Material, i can target one monster my opponent controls, destroy it and deal damage to him equal to half its attack value!" Arturo said as Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon flew forth and did a bombing run on Yuno's field, covering him in ash and dust again, his life dropping 1250 to a new lower total of 1450. Yuno groaned and was on one knee as the falcon turned around and began to strafe again, Arturo calling for a direct attack to end the battle. Yuno growled and activated.

"Trap card open! Pendulum reborn! One pendulum mosnter is summoned to the field!" he said as Odd-eyes flew down and intercepted Revolution's attack, the two tyrants battling it out until Odd-eyes beat the falcon down, 1000 damage going to Arturo as he growled and looked forth as his falcon laid defeated and faded when the card was sent to the grave. "Yuno... you... I end my turn.." he said clearly distraught by his loss. 

Yuno stood up and drew his card for his turn. He looked down and saw the card, given to him by Francisco as a token of education earlier. He soon summoned, "I summon the tuner monster, Nobledragon Magician!" he said as the level 3 magician stood before them both. Arturo looked up, and saw this occur, a bit happy it seemed. "Now, Nobledragon's effect! If there was an Odd-Eyes monster on the field, this card reduces its level by 3 to be coutnted as a special summon. Now, its gonna be fun." Yuno said leaping from the platform about 4 stories above the field after summoning and chanting, "Level 3 Noble Dragon Magician and Odd-eyes Pendulum Dragon, tune!" he said then leaping off the platform to an echoing scream.

"Dragon who comes from far, emerge from the flames of battle to bring peace and freedom!" yuno chanted while falling in the sky, but was picked up by a darting flame and emerged on top of a red armored dragon, resembling Odd-Eyes. "Appear! Level 7! Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon!" he said as the flames disappeared with the roar of Odd-Eyes as it landed in the center of the tower's top. "My apologies Arturo, but i'm sure your cards weren't kind today." Yuno said as Arturo smiled and shrugged as Odd-Eyes charged up a flame to fire, unleashing the flames, defeating Arturo in one last shot, dropping the man to nothing.

Yuno approached the man on his knees and helped him up. "Your the leader, act like it." Yuno chuckled as Arturo was standing up. "I may be, you are the stronger. Who says the king wins every battle, eh?" the guy said grasping the hand of his comrade adn nodding, "Your the duelist we need, like your father before you." Arturo complimented to Yuno who nodded and thanked him before the platform lowered and let them off. Now, one last duel before their journey to save the dimensions. One last hoorah! Yuno against the newcomer friend of theirs, Cesar, who used the mysterious deck of fiends and fairies, Cubic's.
