This shocked Arturo as Laura stood beside Frightfur Bear. She smirked and began her duel. While she did, Arturo was observing and looked to Yuno who was leaning back on the railing. This boy, Yuno, he thought, was something else. He knew he had potential but he wasn't sure how he'd be able to do this. "Yuno." Arturo said walking over and asked, "You pendulum summon and fusion also, and rumor has it you have had a few XYZ summons. Correct?" he said as Yuno looked over, his nod confirming his suspicions. Arturo asked then, "Can i see the extra deck you use?" he asked as Yuno hesitantly reached into his deck box and pulled his deck out and took the bottom 12 cards off it. He then looked them over as he actually was shocked. He saw cards he didn't think could be summoned, then, Arturo asked, "You could learn the last two summons if you try. Otherwise, this isn't going to cut it. Academia is powerful. Fusion and XYZ and Pendulum aren't enough. You also need Synchro and Ritual." he said as Yuno asked then, "Who can teach me?" he said as he looked up, "I have suspicions..." he said looking at Francisco when he Synchro summoned. "Rise, Level 8! Stardust Spark Dragon!" he said flashing the white monster card, before summoning it.
The moment Francisco came down after the duel, losing, he was confronted by Yuno. Yuno asked Francisco, "Ok.. Can you help me?" he said as Francisco nodded, "Sure, whats up?" he said as Yuno asked, "Can you teach me how to Synchro Summon?" he said to Francisco, an obvious knowledgeable summoner in that art.
Arturo walked up to his podium on the rooftop for the duel against Yuno, who was late. Laura, who was one of the finalists, stood by waiting for him. She was soon surprised by him walking up, now 14 carded extra deck and a grin like 'i got this' as he walked up the stairs to the duel field atop the tall tower. "Your late." arturo said, secretly wanting this boy to have learned something in his absence. "I have my reasons." he said as Yuno stepped back and let his red disk arm and rose it halfway. "Good, i hope so. Dueling is about surprises. Don't give me the same old, i want a challenge." He said as he armed his deep violet blade, arturo raised his disk and nodded, the disk itself curved like a piece of space tech while the blade itself was angled barely, the disk a dark blue.

(Thats the basic model of the disk that they'll all get by the end of the finals. I'm just showing it now for reference, the disk is that curvy one, reminisce of GX, and the blade is like the green one below, a slightly angled blade.)
"Ready to duel then Arturo?" Yuno said arming his similar disk, just a purple disk and the blade a red hue. "Oh i am, i'm ready to see what you've learned." Arturo said before they activate, "Field Magic, Crossover." the computers said as the blue platforms rise and the action cards fly to the field around them, "Lets duel!" they say ready to settle the rivalry, possibly.
