Bea fumbled for her phone in her purse through her tears that were threatening to fall. When she finally found it, the first tear fell as she clicked on Scarlett's contact.
"Hello?"
Scarlett was confused on why Bea was calling her. Maybe the chef never showed? She instantly knew that wasn't the case when she started sobbing on the phone. "Bee? What's wrong?" she asked grabbing her keys and grabbing a ready diaper bag and her child. Rose always cheered her up.
She wiped away her tears. "He never showed. I waited for two hours and messaged him a billion times. I never got a call or a text," she sobbed out as the older women started the car. "Chris just texted me saying that he never showed up to his apartment either," she told her taking off her heels.
She never wore heels and she did for him. She wanted tonight to be special for the two and he didn't show up. She threw them onto the floor before sitting on the hard ground. Her dress flew out beside her as well. Something else she never wore, but did for him.
"I am on my way. I will be there in two minutes."
With that, she hung up leaving a miserable Bea. She checked the time. It was only 7 at night. She knew her manager wanted her to start her music video tonight, but she pushed it back. She also knew that her manager would still be up for starting filming for it tonight. With one text it was all set up. Now she had to wait for Scarlett.
By 9'o clock, a frantic Tom Holland made it to the restaurant only to find it closed. He hit the door and rested his forehead on to it. He fucked up, badly, and he doesn't think that he could fix it. Maybe he could, but it would take a lot for him to do. He skipped backwards and ran towards the store.
He just hoped that Bea could forgive him.
