JEREMY and Tom sat by Bea's bedside waiting for her to wake up. The others went out to get takeout and leave the two to talk. Tom watched her chest rise and fall not noticing that Jeremy was watching him.

"You really care about her don't you?"

Tom jumped at Jeremy's voice making the older man chuckle. Tom sighed before pushing his longish hair back. "Yeah, she is my gi-" he paused his words. He was going to say girlfriend, but he wasn't sure how Jeremy would take it in this moment. "She is my best friend now. If she dies, I would be a wreck," he admitted without looking the man in the eyes. Instead he focused on Bea and how he wished to see her brown eyes.

Jeremy kept his gaze on Tom. He felt like there was something more going on but he just didn't have the heart in him to talk about it right now. "She is a fighter. She will come back to us. The doctors said she is fine, just that she needs to wake up. It is just a matter of when," he told Tom before the two fell back into silence, both staring at the girl.

Scarlett walked into the room holding bags of McDonalds. "Hey guys. I brought food," she said handing it out to them. Tom just absentmindedly munched on his fries not really in the mood for food. "Tom you need to eat more," she told him getting worried for her co-star.

He coughed. "I am just not hungry right now. I will be later, don't worry," he reassured her although it was a lie. His stomach was sick to the thought of his girlfriend lying there not moving or talking. At the moment all he wanted to do was to hear her beautiful laughter. He loved trying to get her to laugh. "Jeremy, why don't you try to get some rest. You haven't slept in two days," Tom urged him with a slight cough at the end of his sentence. It has been two days since he had last talked to her. Since he had sneak in a kiss when Jeremy's back was turned.

Jeremy threw away his trash before getting up to walk over to the couch. They had moved her to a private room so that way the paparazzi wouldn't get ahold of photos of her. "Just, wake me when she wakes up?" he asked earning a nod from Tom and Scarlett. They refused to use the word if. they avoided it like the plague.

Once he was sound asleep Tom took Bea's hand into his and pressed a soft kiss to it. He has been doing that a lot whenever her brother wasn't watching. Scarlett left him to go tell the others that she was still unresponsive and that Jeremy was finally getting some sleep. Tom was going insane without hearing her voice.

His hair was disheveled, he really hasn't eaten, and his eyes were red and sore from crying so much. Whenever he was alone he had resorted to listening to Fire N Gold nonstop just so he could hear her voice. He pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead which earned some string from the unconscious girl. His heart started to do flips in his chest as her eyelids fluttered open for the first time in two days.

She opened her mouth to try to speak but there was an unbearable pain in her throat. She whimpered before placing her hand to her throat. "Bea, don't try to talk," he quickly told her taking her hand away from her body. He got up and woke up Jeremy who fell off of the couch and rushed over to his sister. "I will go get a nurse and the rest of the cast," Tom said leaving the siblings to talk to each other, well Jeremy to talk to her. He found a nurse right away and sent her to his girlfriend's room before going down to the cafe.

Mea was the first one to notice Tom. "Please tell me she is okay," she called out earning the others attention. Mark had even flown in to see Bea to make sure she was okay. Tom smiled at her.

"She's awake."
