The soft, cool wind met with the rusty metals of the swing, where a petit girl with short, wavy hair sat on. It was oddly comfortable for her--being alone in the playground near her house with snow dropping on her head and on the floor. It was 7 am, and the sun slowly rose from the trees that hid it. The beautiful scene captivated the girl's green-colored eyes, which glistened brightly as the rays of the sun hit her face.

She loved the sun rise. She would sneak out of her house early in the morning just to witness it. She loved the different hues it gave off; orange, yellow, or sometimes even pink! She loved them dearly, but as soon as the sun rose, she knew that it was time to go home.

Sighing, the girl stood up from the swing and headed home. She dusted the snow off her coat before climbing on the tree beside her house. The girl then entered her room on the second floor through her bedroom window. She did these all with ease.

" Amara!" Her mom called from the other side of her bedroom's door." Wake up,sweetie! Breakfast is ready!"

"Coming!" She answered, voice a little hoarse since she did not speak all morning.

Amara shrugged off her coat, and opened her closet door. Her eyes widened upon seeing a boy her age (if not, a year or two older) with platinum blonde hair, sound asleep, but a little stiff. He wore an all black, dirty tux that fit his pale, skinny body. She furrowed her eyebrows, and hesitantly shook him. Once her hand touched his shoulders, his eyes snapped open, revealing his grey, stormy orbs that could mesmerise anyone. His skin looked white as the snow that was pouring outside, contrasting the hues of his eyes.

As if out of instinct, he stood up quickly, and searched for a long, wooden stick in his back pocket. Retrieving it from the tight space in his pants, he pointed it towards the shocked girl." W-where am I?"

Amara recovered from her shocked state, gulping as she answered his question. " Australia; Muggleworld."

"Muggle-," He spat, then realized something." Do you know what I am?"

"Yes," she whisperd, her brown eyes boring into his grey ones." You're a wizard, aren't you?"

The boy looked away from her eyes, nodding." How do you know?"

Amara rose one of her brows at him and glanced at his wand." Well an ordinary human being wouldn't be holding a wooden stick up to my face."

Malfoy bit his lip and lowered his wand. " Are you a muggle?"

She hesitated a bit before answering."Y-yes."

"Then how do you know about wizards and our terms?" Malfoy brought his eyes back to her.

"I know someone from Hogwarts," she answered truthfully with confidence." We're quite close."

"Well, didn't your friend told you that a wizard or witch can't share about magic related to filthy muggles like you?" The boy snickered.

Narrowing her eyes, Amara spat," She is my family- not a friend! And how dare you call me filthy?! You're in MY house!"

The boy looked at the furious muggle in front of him. He expected her to be scared of him, for he had the ability to do magic--to harm her-- whereas, she couldn't. 'A brave, but foolish girl she is' he thought.

"Well if you hate the truth,I'm getting out of this nasty place," he said. He tried to apparate, but his wand flew from his hand, and blue little sparks flew from it. His eyes widened as he ducked to dodge the wand that backfired from his spell.

" Bloody hell!" The boy exclaimed." What happened?!"

The boy glanced at Amara, and saw that she was trying her best to suppress a smile. She then gave up and bursted into laughter. " Karma IS a bitch!" She laughed." This house is charmed with an anti-apparition spell, curtesy of my beloved sister, who's obviously a witch. "

The blonde haired boy scrunched his nose up in anger. Quickly standing up, he approached the petit girl, and towered over her. " You think this is funny?!"

Amara looked up at him, trying to suppress her laughter again before answering." Yes."

"I cannot get out of this damned place, and you are laughing,"he narrowed his eyes at her."Filthy little muggle!"

He walked away from her, pacing around Amara's room. Amara stood there, furious at the name he called her. She grabbed his shoulder and turned him to face her. " I may be a muggle, but at least I'm not as arrogant as you purebloods! And yes, I know that you are a pureblood--- In fact, I know exactly from which family you come from; Blonde hair, pale skin, bad attitude- you surely are one of those bloody Malfoys!"

Malfoy stood there, eyes filled with rage upon the way she spat on her family's name. He wondered how a muggle like her seems to know so much about the wizarding world. He was absolutely curious about how much her family member told her, but rage overpowered his curiosity.

"Do not talk about my family like that!" Malfoy sneered. His grey eyes shot daggers at Amara.

"Amara! Breakfast!" Her mom once again called." Are you talking with someone?"

" No," Amara quickly answered, looking at the boy in front of her with rage."Just arguing with myself on what to wear.."

"Oh,Okay. Just hurry up! The food is getting cold!" And with that her mon walked away, leaving two absolutely furious teenagers.

"Where do you think you're going?" Malfoy spat as he noticed Amara heading towards her bedroom door.

"I am going downstairs to be with my family," Amara stated, as she turned her head back to Malfoy." And you should be out of my house when I get back. Get out by the window, or else I'll murder you with my own hand. Magic is no use in this house."

Malfoy sneered at Amara, who just smirked at him before leaving the room.
