You stuck your hand in the basket shyly, hoping not to get anyone bossy. Your hand felt around the different items before one caught your attention.

As you pulled it out, you felt a sharp sensation on your finger. You hissed slightly and put the object down on the table, sucking your bleeding finger.

"Are you okay?!" Armin ran up to your side. You sighed in relief of it not being someone like Connie or Jean.

"I'm fine." You smiled, standing up and skipping to the closet. Armin followed you shyly, fidgeting with his fingers.

As you stepped in, Armin followed straight after you. He closed the door and sighed, sliding down the wall.

You ran and sat in the desk chair, spinning around with your eyes closed.

"Are you sure you're okay? Let me see your finger." Armin was in front of you, leaning over the desk. You stopped spinning and leant forward too, holding out your finger.

He delicately held it and inspected the cut, a blush clear on his face. You watched him as he took a plaster out of his back pocket.

You could tell he was trying his best not to look up at you. You tilted your head in confusion as you saw him go redder and bite his lip. When he finished treating your finger, he sat in the chair opposite you and looked down at the floor.

Walking over to him, you sat in the chair next to him and dragged it to be face to face. He was too busy fidgeting with his fingers to notice you.

"Armin," You began, placing a hand on his forehead and looking at him. He jumped a little and whipped his head up to look at you. You took your hand off and noticed that it was boiling. "Are you feeling well? You're burning up."

"I-I-I-" He tried to speak but gave up, finding the floor interesting again.

"Tell me what's wrong. Do you have a cold?" You tried to guess. He shook his head and took a nervous glance up at you.

"I-I'm not ill. I... j-just..." He loosened his collar and scratched the back of his neck.

"Tell me what it is then!" You smiled, moving some of his hair away from his eyes.

He gently pushed your hand away. You had a sudden thought.

You had liked Armin for a long time. Eren had 'accidentaly' told you about Armin's crush on you, and it was clear that he wasn't going to start anything. You held his hand.

"Maybe this'll help." You smirked. Armin looked up questioningly, and that was when you took the chance and leant forward. You sat up a little and connected your lips in a soft, almost unsure, kiss. Armin hesitantly kissed you back.

After a few seconds, you pulled away and looked down at the floor, shyly tugging at your hair. You were so shocked at yourself, but mostly at Armin.

Damn, he was a good kisser.

"(Y-Y-Y/N), E-Eren told me that you had feelings for me." Armin whispered. "But I thought it was too good to be true." He smiled and stroked your hair. His hand fell down to your hand as he lightly took it and intertwined his fingers with yours.

"Armin..." You whispered even quieter than he had. You looked up at him and smiled, slowly hugging him to you. "I really, really, really love you." You beamed.

"I l-love you too." He hugged you back. "I'm sorry for cutting your finger on my bookmark."

"It's fine, honestly!" You laughed.

"Seven minutes is ooooooooooooveeeeeeeer~!" Hange drunkenly stumbled into the room, landing face down on the floor. She didnt even attempt to get back up.

"C-Come on," You stifled back a laugh at your best friend on the floor. "Let's go back. Can I sit next to you?" You asked him.

"Of c-course." He stuttered. He couldn't believe what had just happened.

When you both re-entered the room, most of the eyes fell on you.

"So? What happened?" Jean asked impatiently.

"That's none of your concern." You mumbled as you took Armin's hand, walking back to his seat. You sat in the one next to it as you quietly dragged it to be directly next to him. You ignored the shocked stares of all of your friends and held Armin's hand.
