my therapist told me writing down everything that had happened and what it leads to because would help me cope with it all. the only reason I'm in therapy is because my dad thought i was going insane, which is funny coming from him. and i swear i'm not olivia, i'm not crazy, just sad. but everything just been so hard since the accident so i decided that the therapy couldn't hurt.
