Harry stayed. It took him some time to realize his mistakes and come to terms with the actions he knew were wrong to make. He couldn't leave his fiancée alone for two months while pregnant. He couldn't start a new project when they were getting married next month. Estella didn't appreciate him putting her through that amount of stress only to find out he wasn't leaving. He apologized consecutively and she, of course, forgave him. After their conversation the next day, Estella helped Harry pack a few bags and drove him to a hotel to stay at for as long as he needed to clear his head. He made appointments with his therapist and it did him good. It helped a lot, and that's all she wanted for him.

Knowing Harry was only an hour away from her comforted her better than him being in an entirely different state which restricted her from seeing him when she needed to. It felt weird being away from him for so long but in a way, it felt peaceful to them both. They took that time to rejuvenate and rebuild themselves for each other that all the stress stole away. Running into his arms after an entire month of separation felt like serenity. They were getting married at the end of the month so it gave them time to spend with one another before the big day. They were the same as they've always been; happy.
