No More Secrets.

"You alright?" Aaron stepped slowly towards me.

"How did you know?"

"She left her documents at my house and my big nose couldn't stop nosing around." He answered.

"CLIO!" I screamed.

She ran out of the bathroom in a towel and slid on her feet and crashed into me. "Yea baby?"

"Yea. A baby? Your baby, my baby, our baby?" I shook her.

"Zak stop." Aaron's arms connected with mine and he tried to tug me off her.

"She lied again!" I had pushed Aaron but my elbow got Clio in the chest and she fell down.

"Fuck" I exhaled. I rolled my eyes and Aaron bent down helping her up.

"Zak!" He snapped. I walked away from them, I needed to cool off.

"Zak?" I heard Clio gasp. "I- I Aaron." She panted.

"No! Another lie! Another secret, Clio what is going through your head?"

"I was going to tell you, I didn't want to scare you because you're Zak Bagans you don't have kids, you're a macho macho man, you don't do relationships blah blah blah. I didn't want to fuck up your life." She picked herself up.

"I have a right to know. You could've called, oh wait you didn't want me there!" I fought with her again. "What if I wanted a baby? You never think about me Clio." I continued to walk outside.

"He is right Clio, he had a right."

"I'm going to get dressed." She walked off. "I didn't want it because of Zak, I did think of him."

Aaron came outside and sat next to me, I refused to look at him. I was embarrassed get once again, the love of my life playing me like a fool.

"She also has a point too, she did looked out for you. You don't want kids." He made a good point, but I made a promise to make Clio mine. If being a dad meant she was mine then call me 'Daddy Bagans' aka DILF.

"Maybe, maybe not." I teased him. "Definitely want her in my life, but the lying and the secrets I can't kept up with them all."

"She was going to tell you, you didn't give her time and maybe when she was going to tell you, you were with Holly?" He threw at my face. "A lot has happened in the last 24hours and pretty sure you two were about to 'bless' my new house." He laughed.

"Sorry dude." I laughed. "I couldn't help myself."

Clio came out in a rage, pulling at her hair and fussing about. "I WAS going to tell you! But I came here and Holly was here and then it all boiled from there." She threw her hands in the air.

"Clio, calm down."

"No. No, this is all wrong Zak!" She shook her fists a few more times and stormed back inside.

"You have quite a lady to deal with." Aaron shook his head.

Aaron left and it gave time for Clio and me to have serious tension, another argument, her trying to leave but me stopping her. She refused to spend a night with me and decide the guest bedroom was hers, she flopped all over the place and I watched her settled into bed.

I was in my room when I could hear footsteps creak up to my room, I know she couldn't stay away.

"Zak?" She whispered. "Never mess with a witch."

I could sense her sarcasm and I went to the door to tell her to knock it off but she pouched on me the second it opened.

"Clio" I muffled against her.

"No. I don't want to fight. Please." She bit my lip.

"Then start telling the truth." I pulled away from her. "From the start." I demanded.

"I'm a witch of sight, I can see and communicate with spirits, past witches and demons. I know a few spells but nothing that is fancy, I have the ability to find people before they get hurt. I'm always ten steps ahead of the game, I always have been." She walked around my bed.

"And this game now?" I followed her, I stood behind her as she watched the moonlight pierce over my pool.

"I don't know. This, me and you it isn't a game." She looked over at me.

"The baby?" I swallowed. "You lost is?"

"Yep. After Zak I can't bare to be a mother again, I didn't intend to lose the baby it lost me but I was going to tell you Zak." She turned to face me. "I had a plan, I have things memorised but when it came to action I was caught off by surprise."

"Clio, I told you once you're back I'd make you mine" I grazed her chin with my finger, she moaned in response. "Let me do that, stop pushing me away."

"I'm scared you'll hurt me Zak, this is all new for me" she spoke.

"And for me too, I've never loved someone so much the way I love you."

She kissed me and pulled me into her.

"Mm this is why they call you a temptress" I toyed with her.

"No, I'll show you why they call me that." She forced me down on the bed. "Lay down and relax" she whispered.
